Outway makes outstanding socks and I love all the fun designs. I had some challenges with the courier and Outway was immediately responsive. They went to great lengths to assist me and were awesome to deal with. A+ customer service in addition to a great quality product.

Great product and fantastic responsive costumer service. They fixed my error when ordering quickly and then an error in shipping on there end was just as fast and painless.

in all honesty - i have never had a better customer service than what I received from outway. there was an issue (which I was not even aware of) with my shipment and they went over and beyond to resolve it. Really top tier. Bravo !

The compression socks I ordered were great! They are comfortable and arrived in a timely fashion. As well, I had to contact the company as I had misplaced the invoice. They were quick to reapond and had my invoice to me within days. Thank you. And in want Buy Canadian.

We have been ordering from Outway for the past three years for our community kids run club initiative. We greatly appreciate the quality of the socks, friendly and timely customer service, competitive pricing, and speed of delivery.

I had an issue with one of the items I ordered but from the moment I contacted customer service regarding the item they did everything the could to remedy the situation.

I really like the quality, and I added a sock after a few wears made a hole. I contacted them, and they checked if I had the right size and then sent me a replacement. They also checked if I really received the replacement and gave me a promotion for my next purchase. Wow, really great service !

Outway rectified a missed delivery by following up and offering me free choice of another pair of socks. At first, I was a bit put off by the AI-generated auto-response to my complaint. But staff followed up to ensure the problem was fixed. They went from putting me off ordering again to a customer who will come back.

I ordered five pairs of socks, figuring I would give Outway a try. I was really happy with all of them. However, one pair of light merino crew socks had a defect and developed holes after only a few wears. I contacted the company to mention the defect, not because I wanted a replacement, but just so that they were aware of the problem going forward. My email was answered within 24 hours, and they quickly offered to replace the socks free of charge. The replacement pair arrived in under a week, no questions asked, no complications. I'm really happy with the socks, and couldn't rate the customer service any higher. I will for sure be buying more socks from Outway in the future. Also love the fact that this is a Canadian company.

At first look these socks were very good, cools design, canadian company, lots of comments from people and feet felt good. Placed more orders for more socks, $350.00 worth. I like socks! Slowly started getting thinning and hole on the heels of the socks within a couple months. So, just about a year on with these socks, I have to say that the design is awesome, quality is junk!

Disappointed sock wearer

Probably the best customer service from a company I have ever experienced. The whole team are genuinely caring people, who work for an incredible company. You'd think socks, big whoop. But when you have the right product, the right policies and the right team it really coalesces into something remarkable.

I'd recommend Outway to any of my friends. The socks are phenomenal. And while I am personally not able to use any of the knee high or crew socks because of my leg size. Maria and the whole customer service made sure to take care of me and get me replacements that I am fully satisfied with. Thanks Outway!
