At OVHcloud, we are constantly improving our billing system.

It is important to have a valid payment method registered on your account when using automatic renewal.

Servers are not deleted when terms of use are respected and payments up to date.

Thank you for giving us your opinion via TrustPilot and we are sorry for the inconvenience encountered with your service.

OVHcloud is constantly improving its support on the billing part but also on the technical part to assist customers.

I was able to carry out checks and I confirm the information transmitted via ticket CS10555242. The services were deleted for an invoice that remained pending payment.

We always send alert emails for invoices pending payment, suspension of services or the possibility of a future deletion in the event of non-payment.

I note that my colleague from the billing department was able to forward your request to our complaints department for the two invoices pending payment.

The complaints department is currently studying your request and you will receive a response via ticket CS10555242 as soon as possible. I was able to inform my colleagues of your presence on TrustPilot.

We are continually improving our billing system to provide a great user experience and avoid this type of situation.

Billing after a service cancelation usually comes from options that have not been canceled during the year and are billed at the end of the service life.

I would like to point out that if a manual order verification must be carried out by OVHcloud, the payment is not taken.
It is a simple bank imprint that expires automatically (9 to 15 days for a payment by credit card and 21 to 29 days for a Paypal payment).

So that I can carry out checks, I invite you to respond to the request for information that I have just sent you.
You can respond by giving me the ID of your OVHcloud account (xx12345-ovh) or the contact email address.

I was able to check and I see that it is our anti-fraud department that canceled the orders.

I reassure you, the payment is not taken by OVHcloud and it is a simple bank imprint that remains active until it expires. This bank imprint will expire within 9 to 14 days for a payment by credit card.

We are sorry to learn that your orders have been blocked or not delivered. Orders may be cancelled for various reasons such as non-compliance with our terms of use.

At OVHcloud when an order is canceled, we don't complete the transaction. The pre-authorization will automatically expire after a certain period, and it be cancelled from your statement. The reserved amount will be returned to your account balance. This process typically takes 9 to 14 days for credit card payments and up to 30 days for PayPal payments.

Our teams respond to all requests. I would like to request more information about accounts concerned and review in detail all cases.
You have received a request, please, answer this request with your company's OVHcloud ID(aa0000-ovh or 0000-0000-00), full name, e-mail, and phone number assigned to your ID, please.
