Customer service is fantastic!
I struggle a lot with having to communicate via messages and emails and not being able to speak with a person on the phone, but the support is amazing! The lady helping me,(Kate S), has been wonderful, very patient and went above and beyond to help me understand and transition to my first renewal after my first year had ended. Thank you for everything! You've been amazing and have helped guide me every step of the way. I really appreciate everything you have done to help me. I highly recommend Ovusense, especially their customer services!

I changed my mind about wanting to use the product. The customer service was second to none. Instantly replied to emails and refunded my money within days of return the goods. Very impressed.

We had been trying for 7 years for a baby, I have pcos with very irregular periods which complicates matters and never knew when I was ovulating. I then purchased ovusense, this combined with ovulation tests just for extra reassurance is what finally helped me realise when I was ovulating and finally I got pregnant! Baby is now 11 weeks old :-)

I am forced to write another review because Ovusense asked TrustPilot to take my previous one down, apparently they could not locate my subscription.
This is just my experience but the app is complicated to use, the charts are confusing and there should be a better data visualisation mode.
The sensor it self is pretty big, I cannot imagine anyone being comfortable to sleep with it inside.
Also they should really have a program to take back the sensors and dispose of them, I am not sure what I am supposed to do with it.

I’ve have just renewed my Ovusense core for the second year. I’ve never used such a simple and effective app. My bedtimes and wake ups are never particularly regular as I travel a lot and I never have to worry about my tracking. The app is simple to use and the customer service is excellent. I have had some hiccups along the way with a sensor breaking and emails are responded to very quickly and resolutions found promptly. When it comes to fertility it’s always a charged situation and I feel the team understands and respects this. I will absolutely continue to use Ovusense core and I’ve recommended it to many friends! I hope it launches in the UAE soon as there are many women there who would benefit from it! Thank you Ovusense for both a great product but also for having the great service around it providing support!

After only 3 cycles we fell pregnant! I honestly do believe this is all down to the Ovucore - I can't recommend this enough. I had a few questions whilst using this and had quick email responses back, very good.
For anyone out there trying to conceive, don't give up without trying Ovusense.

Ordered my OvuSense OvuCore monitor and had difficulty downloading my data from overnight. I reached out to customer service and got a response within ~3 hours and they had steps to resolve the issue and was able to download the data right away after working through the steps. Using the OvuCore is so much easier for me than setting an alarm and taking my BBT the same time every morning. Glad i made this purchase!

I used ovusense in 2024 and it helped me to pinpoint ovulation and successfully concieve our little rainbow boy after nearly 4 years of ttc. I reached out to customer support to get set up again and they were very helpful and very quick to respond can't wait to get started again

I had an issue logging in with the app (completely my fault!) - I emailed the support desk just before bed and had a response a couple of hours later so I could resolve it the minute I woke up - super speedy, very helpful and informative customer support 😊
