This product is fantastic. I have such a clear picture of when I'm ovulating and what's happening in my cycles. No more guessing as someone with PCOS. Customer service is 5 stars too!

I’ve used the Ovusense device for a while now although had a little break from it for personal reasons. I’ve just had to renew my device as it expired and I have to say, the customer service with the Ovusense team is like no other!!! You can email them anytime with any problems or questions and they’re always available to discuss with customers! Always so friendly and approachable, nothing is too much to ask! I end up messaging at silly times of the day and I never have to wait too long for a response!! My recent interaction was with Betsy, lovely person!!

The product itself is amazing, the app is so easy to use and to log so many different things such as symptoms, mood, period flow etc. I use Ovucore and it’s easy to insert and comfortable to wear at night, for the first time I was able to accurately log my ovulation and got pregnant on the first month of using after a MC last year and TTC since nov 2023.
Not only are all these things great but the customer service has been incredible. Very responsive to any query, in depth answers and very kind people who actually care. If you’re on the fence- don’t be! It’s worth the money if it helps to conceive.

I have been using OvuSense for 5 years now for tracking my cycles with PCOS. I started using OvuCore but switched to OvuFirst a few years ago. They both work excellently for my unusual cycles. Any time anyone I know is looking for a good BBT tracker I send them in the direction of OvuSense. It is the best, most convenient, and honestly most affordable option out there.

Thanks to ovusense, I now have a couple charts of evidence to why I haven't been able to conceive. Hopefully my dream of becoming a mum is even closer.
Caroline has also been amazing. Caroline has went over and beyond to check in on me and see how things are going and giving advice.

The OvuSense company is amazing in general, and their customer service team goes above and beyond each time I email with an issue. As well as a very quick turnaround time from sending an email to receiving a response and solution. I am Incredibly grateful for their recent generosity and kindness.

I have used Ovusense when trying to conceive with both my pregnancies. It really helped me pinpoint my ovulation date, which I previously found very difficult to do as I have PCOS (ovulation strips are useless to me).
Would definitely recommend for people with PCOS looking to get pregnant, or anyone looking to find out more about their bodies and link up with their cycles.

The short and sweet of it is: OvuSense made my decades long dream of being a mother come true. It was the easiest and most reliable way for me to chart my cycle each month and gain an understanding of when I ovulate. Whenever I’ve had questions about something the response from the OvuSense team has always been quick, kind, and concise.
Now that we are gearing up to try for a second there is no doubt in my mind about where to start. Just ordered a new sensor and I’m so excited to do this again 🤍

I had a query about my chart and emailed on a Sunday morning not expecting any response till the Monday. Customer service is so quick and helpful. My query was answered within a couple of hours.

OvuSense deserves 5 stars based solely on their customer service. Betsy, Caroline and Kate have all been a great support so far and quickly respond to my queries every time.
I have only been using OvuSense for 1 loooooong cycle and it has confirmed that I ovulated on day 67 of my cycle. I would never have ever known that without the ovucore device, as once I missed my period of usually around 39 days I would have always assumed previously that my body was playing tricks and ovulation was a no go that cycle.
I find it comfortable to wear and it doesn’t bother me at night. I’ve never had an issue downloading the data either, and I have an iPhone 11.
So far I have no negatives at all! I just hope that it gives us that long awaited BFP 🙏

I am diagnosed with pcos to so test strips aren't the best for me.
I now have one earth side baby (now 3yrs) and im currently pregnant again thanks to this simple little product.

Device was really easy to use with good instructions.
Currently 11 weeks pregnant and really don’t think it would have happened without OvuSense as it helped me track my cycles and track when I was due to ovulate

Just started using OvuSense, and I’m already very impressed by the sensor. When I bought it, the subscription started two days after, however, the delivery was very late, meaning that I initially lost half of the first month of subscription without having the sensor. I contacted their client service, and got it touch with Jenny, who has been extremely helpful, fast to reply, and made sure I got my full month.

Worked fine although I'm not 100% sure of that accuracy given that ovulation was detected consistently differently with other methods.
Took a break from using during a FET cycle.
When used again data not being collected. Contacted customer service who told me it was an issue with when I was syncing...which wasn't the case, the device synced 5 minutes after removal. Went ahead and used the next day and got a battery low indicator.
Basically, my device didn't have a battery to last the full 12 months of my subscription, and is now no use to me after this cycle. We'll be going into ivf again next month so will again be useless to me.
I needed it for this cycle and am massively disappointed that the device isn't even fit to be used for the full length of the subscription. Definitely will not be renewing.
**Updated following customer service contact**
Offered to replace sensor which I refused given that there's no guarantee that another sensor would last the length of subscription.
Declined to refund remaining 5 months of subscription, and also advised the following:
The Company undertakes that if within the 12 month lifespan of the OvuCore or OvuFirst sensor a fault occurs under proper use (with the exception of wear and tear, or accidental damage) it will at its own discretion replace the sensor. If you believe you have a sensor fault you must contact support within 5 days of it occurring by filling out the support form. The Company shall not be under any obligation to refund the Buyer if the Buyer refuses to try a replacement sensor."
So beware...if you receive a faulty product that is crucial to being able to use the subscription, they will replace at their discretion only if you advise of the error within 5 days.

I haven’t received the product yet but I hadn’t gotten a tracking number after ordering. I waited 4 days (3 buisness) to see if I’d get an email and I didn’t so I reached out. I was updated with a tracking number only about 2 hours after I emailed. They are very kind and quick to respond.
