I’ve had a lot of frustration with my Fitbit bands, but this one is comfortable, tough, and stylish. Love it!

Ordered two, the wrap and Chloe, love the looks but very disappointed in the Chloe, doesn’t matter which hole I put it in it comes right out of the two strap holders, and I mean dozens of times a day, to the point where Ive been out and almost lost the entire watch because it had came out of them and then worked it’s way out of the hole also. Very disappointing, they need to be much tighter than they are

The product is very nicely made,(5 stars) fits my phone well and the ability to charge my phone works as advertised (5 stars). However, it adds a lot of weight, thus making it very heavy and undesirable to use (1 star)

The next issue, for me, is that the wallet part isn't able to hold the cards and money I need to carry and still close. (0 stars).

So, after using it for one week, I have put it aside and will not use it again. In reading your return policy, I observed that I can not return it as it is used.

I asked for refund and didn’t get it. I’ll be sending your product back because it shouldn’t take 4 weeks to get my wallet especially when I paid $65 for something that usually costs $15-20! I’m done with your company and will never use it again.

This case is perfect! The leatherwork is stunning and it has every feature I want. I love it.

Nice workmanship, quality shows. Haven't attached to my watch so I can't comment on that. The length is approximately the same as a a Fitbit replacement band (large). The leather is very stiff and will need to be broken in before it becomes comfortable to wear. All in all very pleased.

PS Your customer service is great.

Ordered and paid for monogramming, but came without. however, after contacting customer service they responded immediately and offered a new product or refund. I had given the item as a gift so took the monogramming refund, which came quickly. The product itself is very nice quality and color.

We received an incorrect size case. While the quality looked good the size was incorrect. Needed a case for iPhone XS and received XSM. We emailed back requesting instructions on how to return it to exchange for correct size, and after several weeks and two requests no response. Could not find any numbers to call on the website so returned by UPS with a letter of explanation and request for an exchange - and have still heard nothing back. Nice product but so far poor customer service.

The quality and design of my new iPhone Wallet case is exceptional so was the price. It is wonderful!

Love this case. Love the versatility and materials. Only complaint is that the actual case is just a hair too small and doesn’t cover all the edges of the phone. Constantly manipulating it to try to get it to fit correctly. Sometimes affects the volume/vibrate controls as well as the lock button.
