Iain carried out a full condition survey of a property we are buying and was very thorough, the report was very detailed and Iain agreed to include information specific to work we are hoping to carry out on the property which was helpful. We also had a lengthy detailed phone call soon after his visit to discuss the main issues and Iain also provided help / guidance on issues we had with our lenders valuation of the property. Recommended.

Iain was quick, efficient and very thorough with his communication and the report he did for our property. He walked us through any issues he had come across whilst surveying the property and told us the steps we could take to rectify them.

The survey report was well compiled with plenty of photographs and explanations, however on areas of concern there was no further investigations to support the advised issues. In, addition emails requesting advice were not responded to.

PA surveyors were easy to contact and liaise with. Initially very impressed with the number of photographs taken but a lot of them had no reference to in the report and so until we move into the property and can compare with where they were taken we do not know why they were taken. The report was fairly thorough and fortunately not uncovering anything to serious.

Very useful, thorough and detailed building survey. Took a long time to come (about 3 weeks) which caused a bit of delay in our conveyance but this was understandable given the current mortgage 'holiday' rush. Would be happy to use Ian again.
