DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Not only did they send me the incorrect items I ordered, unlike any other company who would quickly send you the correct items. They made me go through lots hassle of sending three little packages rabbit through back, and then waited a week to wait my reply if I still wanted my original order.
I have now been waiting nearly a month for extra food for my rabbits, which would have been very much appreciated in the freezing weather we have had.

I order treats for my rabbits on a monthly basis from package pets and have never had a bad experience
Cheapest I have found for the treats I buy and nice quick delivery

Disappointed with the pigeon corn ordered not very much corn in each pack made up with other feed

I ordered Johnsons4flea tablets from this company through Amazon but was sent the wrong item. Managed to contact them and they said they will send the correct item. Now nearly three weeks and no signs so contacted Amazon and they have refunded me for non receipt.

I purchased cage fronts from here two months ago and they said that they could not supply with them because I am living in Ireland. They took the money from my account no problem but still have not refunded the money. I've emailed them each week since and they have not yet replied.
Very unreliable company. Anyone reading this from Ireland don't order anything, they'll fleece you.

One item was missing but they refunded me and were very friendly. The other treats were great and my dog was very happy.

How hard can it be to put the correct dog toy in an envelope ? For PPets very is the answer. Go somewhere else & get what you ordered

First time used this company, I am very impressed, no nonsense just good prices and excellent delivery, thank you, I will be a returning customer

My daughter ordered a green and blue hamster cage and was sent a damaged pink cage.
There is no phone number to contact and we had to search the website and go on the privacy policy to find an address.
My daughter has still not received a reply to her emails, and neither have I from FB messenger.
Shoddy goods and they make it deliberately difficult to contact them. The only paperwork is a packing sheet, again with no contact details.
AVOID this company

Do NOT buy from this company. I bought and paid for dog treats and got no confirmation of purchase. I then followed with phone calls to an answerphone and emails with NO response. I am not sure this company even exists.

I am so happy, I have ordered several times from Package pets always fast delivery and great vaule. They keep you informed from order to delivey I can't praise these guys enough.

A puppy blanket that I had ordered got lost in transit. On informing Package Pets I received a prompt and courteous reply and a replacement blanket was sent out straight away. Great customer service.

Brilliant, was a little worried when I read a few negative reviews but I ordered loads for my little rabbit and he loves everything! Everything was the same as it looked online.

I bought some dog treats from this company and they arrived safe and sound today, brilliant price, fast despatch and in perfect condition when they appeared. Will definitely be buying from you again, thank you 😊
