Went through Paige & Wells in Maidstone regarding a flat me and my partner went to view, Nikki Chaney was amazing at keeping us updated and even on completion it was the little touches like the welcome boxes, I've used their reporting service once where my hot water was having a blip but still had extremely good service from them, nothing appears too much trouble for these guys and massive thank you to Nikki for making it so easy and simple for us

Best landlords agent we have ever had. Not even exaggerating. Even issues that seem really minor and I feel daft for reporting Karen (Maidstone Branch) deals with immediately and efficiently. Not the same issues you usually find with a landlords agent at all. Usually you would wait months to have an issue resolved. Not with Page and Wells. From start to finish the process of signing paperwork, moving in and being looked after as tenants has been absolutely flawless. If you are looking at moving out for the first time or have had poor experiences with others, come to these guys - absolutely painless and Karen is simply lovely.

So in the days of self funded companies that replace estate agents, you wonder if it is worth paying for a proper estate agent. My answer is absolutely and that Page and Wells have to be top of the stack of choices.
From Steves visit to value, the recommendation of an amazing photographer who made our lovely home look the best it could, to the positive, supportive viewings. All brilliant and the best service.
And when we came to progressing our sale, Michelle became my right hand woman. Boy, was this the most complicated chain I’ve ever experienced- down to pandemic, slow moving solicitors ( not mine) and every frustration you could imagine.
