The team at Page & Wells Loose did an outstanding job, especially James and Adam, to facilitate the sale of my 87 year old mothers house. Quite a sensitive time for an aged and disabled person to be changing their house quite late in life. Can't fault the service we had with the sale of our property through the Maidstone branch. Getting our property on the market proved painless and we managed to get it listed quickly which was especially important to us, allowing us to view properties we had already seen listed and wanted to view.

Right from David Page's first visit followed by the support for the sale progression from Michelle, we had excellent service throughout. The prompt replies to email queries were always appreciated.

Also, I am not on a managed service, but the staff in the office have been hugely helpful in assisting me in sorting out any problems, allowing tradesmen to collect keys etc from the office and keeping me updated on any issues. I have found this extremely helpful especially not living close by.
I will certainly be in touch again when requiring another tenant for my property.
