I purchased a $220 mesh office chair from pain free Aussie's after I read all of their online reviews. BIG MISTAKE!! The chair was cheap Chinese made and completely unsupportive to my back. Pain free Aussie went back and forth with me asking for photos of it not supporting me etc which I obliged and sent. It has a tilt function put you can’t tighten it so the back almost felt like you reclined and my feet would be off the floor. Over two weeks of going back and forth they offered me a $50 store credit. I wanted a full refund and was happy to return the chair at their cost as it was what it was advertised to be.
In the end I lodged it with PayPal and got my money back, I suggest anyone who has had the unfortunate experience of buying from this fraudulent company do the same!

Guarantee is real
Unfortunately the product was not suitable for my needs. Quality was awesome, it just didn't suit me. I have to say the customer service in incredible and they stand by their risk free return policy. Excellent and trustworthy company. A pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant ! I have chronic pain and work on my feet all day. These have changed things for me so much…. light and supportive it is the cushioning that is amazing. Surprisingly hard wearing!

Great shoes, exceptional service
I purchased 2 pair of lovely black runners without realising they had sock openings rather than laces and because I have arthritis in my fingers I found them difficult to get on and they didn’t quite fit. I got back to Pain Free Aussies and they offered me several reasonable options regarding return, one of which I chose. A lovely lady rang me direct to make sure I was happy and then generated a return label for me, at no extra cost to me, and the refund is pending. Happy to recommend Pain Free Aussies

I've been waiting over 3 weeks and my…
I've been waiting over 3 weeks and my order still has not even been sent, just appalling. Aramex tracking number provided does not exist. Product description states all orders sent within 72 hours or purchase which is false. What a disappointing company and experience, may have to contact my bank at this point.

I bought thermal barefoot shoes
I bought thermal barefoot shoes. They were supposed to be water resistant but they are not at all. Walking in wet grass already gives you wet socks after 5 minutes.
Other than that, they are nice and warm and fit well. I will use them but not when it is wet outside

Poor shipping time frame
Really not impressed with their inability to ship in a timely manner. My purchase took nearly a full week to make it into the postal system and that is just not good enough. I don't recommend this company at all for this reason. There are other businesses out there who sell similar products and have no problem shipping orders in a reasonable period of time. Customers shouldn't have to wait nearly a week for their order to be shipped then be forced to wait even longer for it to go through the postal system and be delivered.

Very nice and friendly people. 😊 Fast response time and good communication. I won’t get into too much detail but eventually I was able get to get a full refund and returns as the size was a bit small. When shopping online anywhere it doesn’t matter what you are purchasing always do a Google search and compare prices to ensure you get the best deal. Once you find the items you want to buy double check and make sure you get the right size. Be sure to check with customer service if you need help with sizing. They are really good at resolving any issues. They are very responsive and will get back to you fast. Cheers, all the best. 😊

Service was great
Service was great, shoes not so much. Definitely not the saviour my feet were longing for. Shoes are extremely hard to get on, decorative lining gets tucked up as you try to push the foot in to the shoe. The back of the shoe is squashed down while trying to get your foot in, takes at least 5 minutes to work the shoe on and retrieve the lining out. The shoe doesn’t give much support as they are soft and I’m afraid my foot could easily slip. Overall not the best purchase I have ever made.

Disappointing
After purchasing a pair of shoes which were totally unsuitable I returned then to address on packaging they came in asking for a refund. I had two pairs sent from two different company’s both return labelling was to same address one company refunded me the other pain free gave me some garbage about not knowing whereabouts of shoes and not being able to refund the amount ….. buyer beware

Passionate Company Who Stand by Their Product
I bought my first ortho comfort shoes from here (2 for 1 deal), and they were the best shoes that I could wear all day; to the gym, to work, walking, running, squatting. I even put them in the washing machine, and they came out perfect. The shoes are comfortable, and I love their arch support. I prefer the black ones with the laces, rather than the elastic. Unfortunately, my next set (2 for 1 deal) wasn't as great. The response from Pain Free Aussie was prompt, friendly and professional. They replaced my faulty pair for new ones. Honestly, it was a lovely response from the company, with staff passionate about their product. Would I buy again? Yes. Would I recommend? Yes.

Their barefoot shoes are a scam. You can buy the exact same shoes on Amazon for 1/3 of the price.

Disappointing quality and delivery time
Pretends to be local with its name when goods are actually shipped from Mainland China. Delivery took 9 days. Communication is unclear and irritating rather than illuminating. I received the product yesterday, but cannot keep it as the shape squashes my toes and I find the quality rather disappointing. Now I'm waiting for a response from the company on where to return the product. They have chosen a catchy name "Painfree Aussies" and included eye shades as a gift, but more attention to product quality, clear communication and delivery is needed.
However, the company promptly refunded my payment, which is why I increased the stars from 1 to 3.
