I purchased the butterfly pillow when they had a sale so I got 2 for the price of one.
It took about a week to get used to the shape but now I don't think I could live without it.
One of the pillow cases started to pull away at seam so I contacted support through email.
They were very helpful and sent me a replacement cover straight away.
I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service.

Love my shoes, so light & comfortable. The wide toe box is perfect. Got in touch with the company about getting innersoles & am very impressed with the support I have received in answer to my query.

I would like to say thank you very much to Essha who helped me through an ordering issue on a pair of LDECK shoes that I had to send back but received the right pair yesterday afternoon. I love them. They are a perfect fit too. So Essha I would like to say thank you for all your help and support. I have been wearing them around today and they are fantabulous.

So again, thank you so much and I will be putting in another order soon for another pair of shoes.

The replacement process was so easy I and I just recieved my shoes in the mail today. I like how easy they are to put on I have yet to try them on long walks.

I’m very happy with my side knee pillow. I was having pain in my back every morning but now when I wake up no pain.

I received the Pain Free Barefoot shoes in size 42 and 43 they fit well and are very comfortable waring with water sport and Jet Skiing. I recommend these Barefoot shoes for comfort and flexibility.

I bought 2 pair of work shoes.. black and red and I used the black first. Very good and im happy wearing them.. just the problem everytime I walk they have click noise.. I will recommended 👌 and I did spread around to my work mate very light comtable.. thanks I will purchase again 1001 percent..

Nice comfortable shoes. I am doing around 30,000 steps a day so going to get a workout. Only issue was actually getting them on..nearly dislocated my finger first time! LOL

I found staff very helpful even when I ordered wrong size the customer service was extremely helpful and sent return labels and sent correct size. I have found product to be very comfortable and I have been wearing for about a week now and I am on my feet a lot through the day. My feet have not been painful. Usually I have moulded hard inserts in my shoes that can become really uncomfortable throughout day, so I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

I am so happy with my pillow purchase. I was also impressed by the Great customer service that I received from Ace from Pain Free Aussies. I love these shoes. My chronic back pain has reduced and I will certainly be buying more. I highly recommend these shoes.

I found the Staff very helpful although we did encounter problems with the Courier which was satisfactorily resolved to such an extent that I placed another order for the Barefoot shoes. I am very happy with the response from the support staff and would gladly recommend you purchase these shoes.

Totally LOVE the Barefoot shoe so so comfortable. And dealing with Essha was GREAT
