⭐️⭐️ Two stars — Great fields, shame about everything else

If you're considering booking a paintball day with Delta Force, here’s my honest advice:

- Don’t be dazzled by the 5-star reviews. They hand out 100 free paintballs to anyone who leaves a 5-star review (it has to be 5 star, not just any review) and once you see the price of paintballs, you’ll understand why so many people suddenly find themselves feeling generous. Take a moment to read the 1 and 2-star reviews; they tell a much more consistent story.

- Do your homework. Joe Lycett (yes, that Joe Lycett) did an undercover investigation into their shady sales tactics, specifically targeting IPG, a ticket-selling company set up by Delta Force. IPG now sits at a proud 1.5 stars on Trustpilot. Conveniently, they’ve now rebranded under names like "Epic Paintball Events", but a quick Google will show it’s all the same operation, just with a fresh coat of paint (pun intended). It’s clever. It’s also deeply misleading. I would link the video but Trustpilot doesn't allow links so simply google Joe Lycett Paintball and you will find what you seek.

- Be prepared to pay - a lot. I’ve been to several paintball sites across the country, and Delta Force consistently charges more than any of them for paintballs. In some cases, literally double the price for the same thing. There are far better-value sites literally in the same county.

- Customer service? Presume it doesn't exist. Right from the telephone sales team to the employees on site, the general attitude feels less “we’re here to help” and more “spend fast and move along.” You won't be made to feel like a guest, but you will be made to feel like a walking wallet.

Now, to be fair, and this is why it’s two stars, not one, the playing zones themselves are decent. Genuinely well-designed and fun to play in. If only the rest of the experience lived up to them.

In summary, if you’re happy paying well-above average prices for a below average experience, then this could be for you. Personally, I’d trade fancy fields for a more transparent, respectful, fun and customer-friendly day out in a heartbeat.

Knowingly misleading to ensure you pay more & more money. Should not be allowed to operate!
We went to the Upminster site, some staff were pleasant but a number were downright rude & intimidating when questioned.
There are so many things I could write about from been assured & told certain things at booking stages that ensured I booked which were then denied to complete dishonesty. When I was told on the day I again had to pay more & I questioned this there were suddenly a group of male staff members in front of me, aggressively confronting me.
The whole experience was Completely awful & a rip off - DO NOT USE!

Amazing company!

Attended Cardiff site for a stag weekend, played 4 great games. We were given a very good safety brief by Sam who also looked after us during our games and was very helpful and kept it fun. Great overall experience and wold recommend.

Outstanding organisation and fantastic team ensured a brilliant day of Paintballing, support by the team throughout was 2nd to none and made all the difference!

Paid £240 for my son and 5 mates. Got barely 30 mins total playing time. Staff uninterested. Guns kept jamming. Tried to contact the head office to complain and fobbed off. Total waste of money. Would not recommend

Please don't purchase tickets from the stand 100% scam miss selling at it's finest, getting a refund back has been a nightmare stay away from this company save your hard earned money plus lots of stress to get a refund. Dion the sales rep shame on you for scamming people

A massive thanks to Delta Force UK for supporting Friends of Suttons Primary Schools Charity by donating a voucher to help raise much needed funds to keep the children active within the school playground. The team at Delta came back really quickly and positively.

Very disappointed and misleading! Be cautious before going. It will cost you a ton of money without prior disclosure. We were sold a package but no one told us we would need in upwards of 500 bullets which is $64.99. Plus we had to purchase gloves. The 500 bullets was still not enough to finish the games. The staff was short we started very late and the lead was rude. When I called to complain I waited days to receive a call back. They refused to offer back some money for the misleading promotion! They did offer a free game but it would cost close to $100 for bullets. The ten of us in attendance were angry and none of us will go again or recommend. The set up for shooting are nothing like advertised but rather shield or barrels set up in rows. Please do your homework before spending an arm and a leg to go!!

I approached Delta Force for charitable support. They responded within 10 minutes of my email with a voucher worth £100. Thrilled with their support!
