I received someone else’s picture instead of the one I had ordered for my daughter for Christmas. I have sent 3 emails to this company asking them to help but received no response.
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered the Poppy Flowers Paint Your Numbers which arrived 17 days later with half the contents missing. This wasn't a cheap product yet the frame was missing along with a paper copy of the canvas. The website advertised the product showing the frame as being included yet the label on the box it was delivered in said 'no frame'.

Update: I have since received a reply from the company stating that the product was ordered with no frame yet there is no option to include or not include a frame when ordering. The product photos are clearly misleading as they show the frame being included. I would urge anyone considering buying from this company to go elsewhere as you may not get what you think you are ordering and will end up disappointed.
