Material is itchy and I can’t wear the bra ordered. Their marketing is great, but their customer service is terrible. When I reached out to see if I could exchange or return they said they could only give me a partial credit to use towards another purchase. However all their items use the same fabric. I had no interest in ordering another product that would make be itchy. Be aware that if you order a product from this company, if it doesn't work out they are not helpful. I have rarely encountered such indifference to a customer from other companies.

Doesn’t not except returns on sales but does not indicate this on purchase. When asked for assistance customer service was of little help. Tried to use the exchange program and they want you to buy something over greater value so they can make more money off your situation. Just poor all around customer service and website interaction. I was saddened at the interaction with this company.

Unfortunately it does not compare with sheep wool. Not moisture wicking or odor destroying like my merino. When I contacted the company I received no response.
Two stars for being better than polyester, but I will not be spending any more money on this brand.

High hopes and excitement met with extreme disappointment from lack of performance. I purchased a pack of socks with hopes that they would bring better value than some of their competitors. This did not happen. The sock material blend seems to be off a bit, they are very soft and warm but that’s where the positives end. They do not launder well, the stretch is abysmal and I’m not sure they can go more than 2 wears. They will not stay up on your leg, they bunch up in the shoe and otherwise just aren’t comfortable to wear. This is replicated on multiple pairs so it wasn’t just a one off pair. I even gave some to my son and he reported the same experience.

When I tried communicating this to their CS team I was met with the run around and poor communication. I was tempted to try a pullover or perhaps something else but after the lack of proper communication and a clear path to return the items I suggest anyone steer clear of this business.

I appreciate their PR campaign of being “good stewards” of this and that, but you have to be good at your core business first. Honestly, just sell your apparel at a reasonable cost, support it exceptionally and the rest will take care of itself.

This is an amazing company with amazing direction. The hoodie I got from them is awesome, nice enough for the office and rugged enough for all my adventures. Just be careful, these are real products not nasty synthetic materials, hand wash with cold water.

I made an error on my order and noticed it right after payment. This is the 3rd order I made from the site and every other time it took 3-5 days to get a notice that item has been processed (not shipped) I immediately wrote company an email noting I chose an incorrect size. By first thing in the morning I received a notification that my order had been processed. Almost immediately after I received a support email that I would be charged for a return shipping label and restocking fee and would have to ship the item back when it arrived at my home. I still have not received any shipping information 2 weeks later. Last time I purchase anything from this company which is too bad because it was quality clothing but not impressed with how they treat their customers. This was an easy fix they chose to profit on and it cost them a customer for life.
