When it was not delivered on that date I waited a couple of days and then called Paleovalley and talked to a customer service representative by the name of Keith. He was very understanding and said he would look into it. He stayed in contact with me and I received my order a couple of days later. I bought the red velvet flavor which had good reviews but I honestly thought they tasted terrible. The texture and flavor really grossed me out.
