Bad golden milk
I bought alot of their products over the years, but the last time I bought 4 bags of the golden milk they had changed the formula. Bought dozens in the past great stuff but my last order when I blended it as usual It made a disgusting brown frouth. Bitter and undrinkable. Call and complained and they sent for more bags. Said it was the same formulation. I drank enough of the stuff when it came out to know better. Same problem. Undrinkable, they should have left well enough alone. Even tried scooping the brown frouth off the top, didn't help. I really use to enjoy their products especially the bars and beef and deer meat sticks.. Now I just don't trust what their selling any more.

Started a subscription and everything was fine. Eventually slowed down on my consumption and developed excess inventory. Cancelled my subscription due to excess product and getting tired of the meat sticks. Fast forward a few months - started finding sticks that just didnât taste right (edible, but didnât taste good). Fast forward a few more weeks - started finding a lot of sticks that tasted bad (several flavors). Checked the âbest byâ dates and they were still within several months of expiration. These meat sticks had been unopened and stored in my climate-controlled kitchen cabinets. Some were actually turning grey inside! ð€¢
Called customer service to report my dissatisfaction. They noted my complaint, but offered no refund nor exchange due to the product being over their 60 day policy. Extremely dissatisfied with the productâs shelf life! Will not be ordering againâŠ

BAD flavor
Taste is a subjetive thing but I found the vanilla flavored bone broth protein powder to be disgusting. It almost has a sour taste to it. The chocolate is palatable, but I wouldn't say it tastes "good". I will not be buying this product again and actually threw out the vanilla bag.

These are the best-tasting meat sticks, BUT...
These are the best-tasting meat sticks out there, hands down. Only 3 stars because we got a bad batch...I connected with customer service, and they gave me a credit for the order and apologized, but didn't see too concerned. WARNING: if you get a package where the shrink-wrapped plastic is bubbled up like a balloon, DO NOT EAT them. When I first mentioned this to customer service, they said it should be fine, and if it tasted bad or smelled off, just toss them. I didn't think much of it, but the next stick I took from the same package that was ballooned up "exploded" when I opened it, and inside was putrid, rotting meat covered in sludgy-looking mold. I went through the rest of the package and saw multiple more that had gone bad, ready to "explode" just like it I reconnected with customer service again, and they said they would make sure upper management knew about it, and apologized again, but to me, anyway, they didn't seem concerned.
I hope this was an exception to the norm here, and I still have my recurring order in place but beware!!
