Very happy wiExcellent quality and well packagedth my order from

Very happy with my order from Palmseedlings. I ordered Phoenix canariensis seedlings and they arrived in Portugal in excellent condition. The seedlings were healthy, fresh and very carefully packaged, with the roots well protected and still moist on arrival.

Everything matched my expectations and the whole experience was very positive. I will definitely order again in the future. Highly recommended!

Order sent and prepaid through bank

Order sent and prepaid through bank transfer on 24/7/2026 (order number 9425). On 6/8/2026 I have sent an inquiry request and still l have no whatever notification from the vendor about the proceeding of my order despite my contact effort. I would expect a reply something like ‘fruits are still ripening or we are on vacation until xxxx’.
upd#1
Regarding the order on 7-24-2026 made by me, I have to be fair. The reply from the company to my inquire was received automatically in the spam section of my mail box. So the company actually did reply to me after about 10 days. This is a plausible time margin.

Old/not viable seeds

Old/not viable seeds. Species that germinate really fast - 0% germination rate, 2 germination methods used. Been nearly 3 months.

Hi Justas, we are very sorry to hear you had trouble getting this species to sprout. We regularly test all of our seed batches for viability, and our internal tests for this specific batch yielded excellent germination rates. However, we understand that transit conditions or environmental variables can occasionally impact seeds. We completely stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you have a successful growing experience. We have just reached out to you via email to make this right!

Hi Duje, we sincerely apologize again for the delay regarding order Ref: 8497. As we discussed previously, your seeds were prepared in January but mistakenly not dispatched immediately due to a fulfillment error on our end. We are glad we could finally resolve this and that you successfully received your shipment a few months ago. We appreciate your patience and have improved our shipping protocols to ensure prepared packages are never left behind again.

Wir freuen uns, dass wir uns auf eine Ersatzlieferung einigen konnten, und haben Sie soeben direkt kontaktiert, da die frischen Ersatzsamen nun eingetroffen sind und fÌr Sie zum Versand bereitliegen.
