Poor planning ie. estimated install time 4 Days actual 6 days with a very annoying 1 week break between day 5 & 6.
Quality is adequate but not of a high standard by any means. However I think quality level is reflected in the price.
Had it not been for the week without labour prior to completion it would have been a pleasant experience.

Excellent from start to finish. Fitters were great even battled on in snow to finish the job. Knowledgeable friendly even hoovered up when finished. I highly recommend p and p windows and would use this company again.

Excellent service from Ritchie. The lads working non stop and left no mess. Windows beautiful. Will get my replacement back windows and doors from this company in two years time. Thank you

P & P Windows did a fantastic job from start to finish a good quality window, the fitting team (who where brilliant by the way) completed the job in two working days. Very happy.

The estimater and the installers came on time, both where very helpful. Giving tips and advice.
Also installers where both polite and also tidied up, which I appreciated

Thry Arrived on time, and were happy in their work even though it was -1 degrees they protected my property and worked non stop until the job was done. They also cleaned up after themselves I would not hesitate to have them in my home again. I am happy with the quality of the windows they look lovely. I must say this is one if the best customer services I have experienced this year keep up the good work P & P.

More than happy with composite door,window, french doors and 6 interior upvc doors.All looked lovely until the fitter started putting the handles on the interior doors.I asked when i ordered the doors if i had a choice of handles but was told they come supplied.The handles that were used were awful.Looked cheap and nasty and totally spoiled the look of lovely doors.The lock on the bathroom door is a 4in bolt which would'nt look out of place on a garden shed!!

We had 2 Composite Doors & New Window's all round and the Service Was Fantastic !!! Gordon Came & Measured Up and was followed by the 3 fitters Gordon Tom & Joe.
who left everything spotless after fitting everything perfectly, nothing was a bother and they all worked perfectly as a team.
Could not fault anything or anyone and highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to upgrade their windows and doors. Really Good Prices and 1st Class Fitting Alround.

An excellent service from start to finish wouldn't go anywhere else

No hassle ordering my door which was measured, ordered and fitted within a matter of weeks. Lads who fitted the door was mess free and the door is beautiful. Would highly recommend.
