I ordered two rings, I wasn't able to track my order at all, when the order arrived it wasn't at all what I ordered, and the quality isn't good, I'm pretty sure what they sold as "sterling silver" is actually plated and if you can't sell the quality you advertise I believe thats a scam. From what I understand they don't refund money when you return the garbage they sell either so I guess I'm stuck with stuff I'm not happy with and that I didn't even order. This site is nothing but disappointment!

The website and purchasing is unlike UK websites! It tries to make u buy ancillary products that I would associate as being peripheral to the purchase u wanted to make and can mess up u and make the "real stars" of the show then look a bit tacky! If ur selling good merchandise dont try and make the customer buy tacky boxes to present them in!

Excellent assortment of quality products and good discounts. I had to convert my purchases to American dollars in my mind, but, thankfully, this was already done at checkout. First time user…so I have to see how long the shipping process takes.
