These are scammers. They claim that they sell 925 sterling silver products, but in fact this is not the case. After a month, the coating goes away and the yellow metal appears. After the claims, they do not return the money.

Just lies after lies on refund on a cheap 5.00 ring since September.Kept telling me we have refunded your money. Check your bank.Liar. nothing this is October!!!! Now another lie telling me refunded on October 9!!! It doesn't take one month to refund anything. Scam scam scam I wonder how much the company paid the people to give a positive review?The silver is not silver. Compared it to my Real Silver ring .It resembled looked like fake jewelry and the do called turquoise was not turquoise. The ring was probably a 5.00 ring. Stay away from Panymore.Shop at a reputable silver and turquoise store.

Advertised leather violin and cello keychains. Bought one of each and received 2 violins. Emailed support@panymore dot com and was asked to send photographic documentation. Sent them pics of what I received vs what they promised. Then all I got was an "I'm sorry you're not satisfied" stock-standard answer and an offer for USD2 refund or a 10% voucher when they ripped me off USD 22.99 and USD 1.99 "shipping protection".

This shop should be shut down.

Nice ring but expected it to be 'brighter' as a gemstone when viewing the photograph on line. However i have ordered 4 more rings because they are so nice & decorative not to mention very good prices averaging £7 per ring.
