Really!!! The details on the Advert mean nothing WTF!!!

Via Amazon - Ordered 2x 6pack 3000ml shampoo (12x 500ml bottles).
Very fast delivery.
Recieved 12x 325ml bottles.
* Item was non returnable item - So went round and round in Amazon circles before working out how to talk to seller, then went round and round in Amazon circles till I managed to find option to chat with a real person). *
(Amazon gave me a partial refund of 63.78% "As promised in the chat I've successfully issued a refund of £35.96​ from your Prime membership."), but papaval!!!!
Conversation with papaval follows:

me: I ordered the above 3000ml 6 pack x 2, That is 12 bottles of 500ml shampoo.
You sent me 12 bottles of 325ml shampoo. That is 35% less than ordered.
Can I get the correct item sent or a refund?
Or send another 4.2 bottles.
Thanks.
me: Just to clarify: 6000ml of shampoo ordered, 12 X 325ml = 3900ml recieved.
So send 6.46 more 325ml bottles or 4.2 more 500ml bottles to make the total 6000ml.

See attached screenshots from actual advert on Amazon.
Price per litre and Product information clear show 3000 millilitres.
Also product I recieved clearly does not even look like the product advertised.
Price per pack 28.19 pounds.
Price per litre 9.40, therefore 28.19 / 9.40 = 2.9989 litres (3000ml of shampoo)

The main image and product title do not specify the quantity in milliliters, and the item you received is correct based on the listed price.

me: According to you the only thing that counts from your advert is the title and the main photo. All other information provided in the advert is total B***S*** that must be ignored (according to you). Therefore no price was included in the advert (according to your logic). Give me my money back. Also you said that my image clearly shows 325ml ( Why mention 325ml when your adverts main image and product title do not specify the quantity in milliliters (your own words) ).
HEY MORON, the price also shows price per litre, either there is a price or there is not a price (Or are you just choosing to look at some of the price, just like you are choosing to look at some of the advert).
According to you Product Information (Features & Specs, Measurements, Materials & Care, Item details) are total B***S*** not to be looked at.

Please check it Online it's error in listing from brand the mentioned ml bottles were not available in the market.
So in that case we will offer you 15% refund and keep the item, if its wrong ml listing Amazon will never allow us to sell this item.
Also, our price is for 325ml only.
If you want you can return the item for full refund.

Unhelpful & Disinterested

Very poor seller. Item missing for over two weeks and they had no interest in helping. It has eventually turned up, but no thanks to the seller. I won’t be using them again.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Quick dispatch and delivery of products as promised. Well packaged items. Very good and competitive prices. I strongly recommend and will order again very soon.

I wouldn’t bother

I wouldn’t bother. Ordered and received an e-mail from evri saying they were expecting my parcel. Then 3 days later an e-mail from Shop saying it had been refunded but no e-mail from Papaval as to why. Is going to take 10 days or so to refund and the item is still showing as in stock online. Then they have the cheek to send me an e-mail saying ‘Thanks for shopping with us’ and asking for a review.. unbelievable! Well here you go, an honest review about what a shambles my experience with you was

very disappointed the Kirkland Tin Foil…

very disappointed the Kirkland Tin Foil came damaged it had been sellotaped at ends box damaged i was frightened the holders inside would be damaged too and you need them to hold the foil in place it’s not cheap foil sadly i am trying to return but waiting still for the return label the Foil wasn’t wrapped which im not happy about

TWICE they sent the wrong item

TWICE they sent the wrong item. TWICE I complained and was offered a small discount on another item or refund if I sent the items back. Trading standards need to be alerted as my items were correctly advertised and incorrectly delivered despite being assured the second time around the right item was in stock. Extremely disappointed.
