This was the fist time I bought from Papaval and it was a seamless experience: excellent price and very fast delivery

Thee dont react to my mail for 6 days i have a qestion about patato.s in a can they sell 6 cans for 31.00 euro and in the uk for 10.00 euro for 6 cans

After a week was told order was cancelled as it wasn't in stock but went on there site and it was still on sale

Product arrived promptly and in good condition. The dates were great.pricing was very reasonable and will definitely purchase from Papaval again!

What's not love or like, items as described, well packaged and fast delivery, beats my every expectations

I was a bit wary of ordering due to previous reviews but I took the gamble and it paid off. They dispatched my order very quickly and the prices are better than anywhere else I could find. Would definitely use again.

Listing products they don’t have in stock. In the modern world it’s not hard to track stock.

I searched felippo berio olive oil and in the shopping tab Google showed as first option a good promotion of an order with two packages which I bought.
Later I received only one package.
I called the shop and they said I shouldn't trust Google!!!
And was it! No retuning item nor refund option.
Very dishonest behaviour!

Easy to order quick delivery good price

Sent the wrong item. I returned the item and have not received a refund or replacement

I read reviews only after placing a large order, so slightly concerned they may be issues after seeing 1* reviews. But I hadn't have worried, my order came quickly, smaller items were well packaged and everything was in good condition, within date and no items missing.
Great first experience and will be ordering again in the future. And recommending to friends and family, excellent value for money. 5*
