Ordered item never arrived and they gave a full refund without any reason why they had not fulfilled the order. Strange !!!
Very disappointed
I ordered from this website on 16 of May 2025. I have been waiting for the order to ship and arrive, but the order has not progressed yet till today which is May 22, 2025. I took time out to call the customer care and was told that they did not have items in stock and that they would cancel my order and process a refund. If they have no stock, why did they let me place the order in the first place and held on to my money till I called-in to find out about my order? Perhaps it they have 100 customers placing orders worth 10k pounds and they wait 5 days to cancel the order as the item is out of stock, they have 10k sitting in their bank earning interest?? I would have welcomed if they had informed me the next day that they had to cancel the order due to no stock.

If I could give zero star I would. Bought an Easter egg that came totally in pieces and with a part of the package that was missing. An important bit of the package because it tells what type of surprise might be inside – Star Wars for boys and Disney Princess for girls. Without that part, it is impossible to know what was sent. ( I specifically asked for a Star

Customer service not willing to help
Incorrect order placed so I attempted to correct this almost immediately but there is no option to cancel an order. Contacted customer services 3 times by mail, phone and the online chat and they either ignored my request or advised they needed a supervisor to cancel it who wasn’t available. Courier service refused to return to sender. No real attempt to help made.

Completely useless - order at own risk
Received the wrong product. I returned the wrong product and agreed to a replacement. This was a lengthy process that has taken nearly a month and communication was poor. Eventually received a replacement and they sent the wrong items out again. Now have to try and get a refund.
Now they are ignoring my emails requesting a return and refund.

No explanation refunds??
Seems a common theme. Ordered and paid for items, waited chased up order. With no explanation, advised that my account hss been refunded. It's beyond me why the person who sent the email did not even think for a moment that a brief explanation would be courteous.

PAPAVAL10866 order number you should avoid this scamming company at all costs because they will con you with adverts that are misleading as I was trying to buy 24 andrex toilet rolls but when they advertise 80% off and when you read the advert saying 24 andrex toilet rolls 80% off was £29.99 reduced to £5.89 and underneath it says 4 so for £29.99 I assumed it was 4 lots of 24 andrex toilet rolls because in Sainsbury's they are £7.50 for 24 and papaval was saying 80% off from £29.99 is £5.89 but when I ordered them they sent me 6x4 rolls of andrex packs which had £2.99 on them but because I ordered 3 lots and paid £17.67 and if you add 6× £2.99 which is almost £18. So at the end of the day papaval are using false advertising to con people into purchasing from their website but I have contacted trading standards and ask your bank to open a payment dispute because you haven't received what you ordered which is what i did. If enough people contact trading standards about this company they will have to do something about their dodgy website
Shockingly bad customer service
Shockingly bad customer service. Ordered pack of 6 items only received 2. Then they demanded I provide a photo of the items not received! Like I have a magic camera that photographs imaginary items. Just argued and refused to refund for missing items. Total untrustworthy, argumentative and unacceptable.
