While the item was delivered in quick time and was a nice tshirt, I ordered an XL which it said on the label but it was more like a 12, if that, so no use to myself or partner. Very disappointed ð

Good customer service after royal mail messed up !
After waiting over a week ,I received my parcel damaged and the item was missing, this was an issue on royal mails part not Paradiso. In fact they answered my e-mail promptly and sent another t-shirt out ,which I received in a few days and intact . Thanks for your service . The t-shirt was unique as I will be wearing it for oasis Wembley gig next year ð€ðžð¶

Very helpful customer service when I had a question and although one item wasnât in stock I was given the option of a refund or another t-shirt.
