I am at initial stage of my project and I am really impressed with the quick response and service. Particularly the surveyor's ability and knowledge was amazing, he was extremely polite and incredibly quick in responding.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The service was unprofessional and seemed more focused on money than delivering results. They never completed the work, and I am still waiting for my refund. Highly disappointing. AVOID

I’ve just got the money back from the fraud department at the bank. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I’m so glad I saw the red flags before I paid more money. I don’t want anyone else to go through this dreadful experience.

Arslan was very professional and had great ideas to help make the most of the project. He was very polie and the drawings and calculations were prepared very quickly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would reuse him again.

On Monday, 21st July 2025, i contated them through their website after checking feedback on trustpilot. I received a response very quickly. I requested a zoom meeting and they arranged it for me. During the meeting, we discussed the requirements in details and then i placed the order.

Today is saturday, 26th july 2025, and i still haven't received the original file or documents. Although i did receive an email confirmation, i'm not sure whether the delay is from the delivery company or from their side.

This is not my final review-I will update it once i receive the documents, if I feel it's necessary.

We cannot speak highly enough about zoye and his team. She was punctual and his work was exceptional. She is happy to do the smaller jobs as well as major works and i would recommend him to anyone who is thinking of having any building work done. She was more than a builder- she has now become a family friend.

Contacted them through social media and explained the urgency of my query. They replied within minutes and requsted all the information and replied within an hour with a time scale and a very reasonable quote. It was completed within on 2 weeks, excellent services with several follow-up calls to check building control were happy.

Complete scam company, please do not use, we had to pay upfront, lots of lies and we still don’t have our survey,

First consultation call through to the finished designs, Paramount gave us a competative and simple pricing structure that meant we could budget for our barn project effectively. There clever ideas around maximising the space enabled us to do everything we wanted to. Thanks to all team.

Paramountbuilt Agreed via email and text to send John parker MRICs for my land survey job and wanted paying upfront. Booked John Parker MRICS several days before and low and behold on the day of the appintment someone unqualified for the work and obviously much cheaper and not John Parker turns up. Wasn't happy I turned him away as not MRICs. It seems John does even work for them as Paramountbuilt not sending him and said they would refund. No refund, no answering calls, no replying to emails, no callback its been weeks. They have obviously scammed me. The person who we had on the phone from paramountbuilt is the same person but makes out she's several different people with different names. Scam company avoid don't get robbed like me. So many glowing fake reviews about this crap scammy company. Will be going to trading standards, complaint to MRICs, money claim order, and whatever else I get advised to do. Learn from my mistake and don't use these scam artists.

Arslan is a real gentleman. He arrived as planned and completed the work as discussed. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

We had a survey carried out on 19th June by ParamountBuilt for a potential RSJ in our kitchen. Communication seemed to be good at first. However, after a second visit from a surveyor, where he made a huge hole in our ceiling (using our hammer as he had no tools !?!) leaving quite a mess, we have had no update re the report. After chasing it up, I was assured I would receive a report on Monday 7th July. I contacted them and was told it would be now on Tuesday 8th July. No! I have tried several times to contact them, left several messages, but no reply (it is now end of day 9th July)
Having paid £400 upfront, I am beginning to think I’ve been diddled !!

Arslan was a pleasure to work with on our loft and side return extension plans. His designs were thoughtful, implementing our ideas and also making helpful suggestions. He always communicates clearly and gave us great advice on surveyors and building compliance people, as well as recommendations for builders. Arslan also successfully steered the whole planning application making it totally painless for us. He was happy to work on a few iteration of the design. I also found his fees reasonable. Contacted paramount team for architectural drawings for anew porch. The process was simple, site visit, measurements, draft plans and final version. No over charges, it all went through smoothly.

Used paramount for architectural work on our loft. The site visit was quick and the plans were done in about a week. They made small changes we asked for. Everything needed for planning covered without any hassle.
