He was very thorough in his approach taking photographs throughout of the property including all bedrooms so that he can see where all the walls are. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable in his field. I chose this company becuase of their trust pilot reviews and I am very happy so far with the site visit that Aslan carried out.

I had a really good experience working with a skilled and reliable structural engineer for my home extension. He helped with the structural planning support beam and pillar calculations. He started the work right on time, the same day i got the keys to my new house.
Before visiting he even managed to get all the old plans from the local council which was very helpful. He did not take any shortcuts he asked the builder to open parts of the structure so he could check everything properly before giving advice.
As someone with a busy schedule, i appreciated how on time and responsive he was, both i and my builder were pleased with the quality of his work and his professional attitude.

Their quote was very reasonable for a surveyor to come out and a structural engineer to then give us detailed drawings and calculations to assist the builder and for the local authority regulations. The service I received from the team during phone calls I had, was also very helpful.
They have lost one star from me due to some payment confusion, but it was all sorted in the end.

Being 80 years old, i was really worried about my kitchen butt they handled everything so well that i now feel comfortable and happy. They completed my order by 15th march and the result is exactly what i wanted.

I had some initial reservations about hiring. However there complimentary zoom meeting and the guidance they provided for my new build were very reassuring. I have since obtained planning approval and am currently waiting for the final structural calculations. They are really expert dealing with council documentation.

They were excellent from the first conversation until getting the finished designs. Their architects gave me some great ideas for a garage conversion and listened to me patiently. Excellent communication was maintained throughout, and I was informed at every stage. The completed plans were extremely simple for our builders to follow and were ideal for obtaining planning permission.

Writing another review to warn people off this company. My bank has confirmed that I have been a victim of an APP (authorised push payment scam).

They refuse to refund my money until I take down these warranted reviews. They have taken £300 from me and refuse to give it back.

Avoid at costs, the reviews on here are to be taken with a pinch of salt. Check the one star reviews for piece of mind. Do not deal with them.

It has been a great experience working with the structural engineer. Despite delays in the building works, they remained highly responsive and provided clear guidance on all inquiries.
