When it comes to proposals, the selection and purchase of THE ring is stressful by nature. There are so many areas to consider; the 4 C’s, other diamond characteristics, along with your future fiancé’s preferences. I needed help processing my order and Jonathan was super helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I truly appreciated his oversight throughout the process. He made a stressful purchase that much easier to handle. The ring is exceptional and the compliments continue to pour in. A big thank you for outstanding quality, cost and service! Not only was the price on the stone I purchased substantially lower than anyplace else, but the level of customer service was exceptional. Jonathan at P&S worked with me to meet my deadline, and even upgraded my shipping to ensure there was nothing left to chance. Responses within minutes to any and all concerns, it really doesn't get any better from an online retailer, especially for a purchase that is this important.

So after an incredibly long search for the perfect ring, I finally found it at Parcel and Stone! I looked at many "big name" jewelers but was just not happy with any of their designs or with their prices. After finding Parcel & Stone, I contacted them and was put in touch with Jonathan who was incredibly helpful. I had chosen a center diamond and he helped guide me to the perfect halo setting that they custom made for my diamond! I was able to put together a custom ring with a larger diamond that looked much nicer than anything I could have gotten at some of the bigger name stores. Plus, it was custom made! I am so thrilled with how the ring turned out and am incredibly thankful that I found Parcel & Stone. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to create an incredible engagement ring for their special someone!!

After running myself through an extensive and exhausting diamond search/education process over the course of a year I found several diamonds on Parcel & Stone that I liked. I started a chat with one of their representatives (Carrie) who was absolutely amazing. She helped me weigh all of the different options and talked about the benefits of each one, offering her opinion and help instead of pushing a sale. When it came to the setting, I wanted something not available on their site. Carrie took my feedback to a designer and had exactly what I wanted made. After that, the order was finalized! I could not be happier with the final product -- It's exactly what I wanted to buy, and more importantly, exactly what my fiance wanted as well. The product is amazing, and the service I received was absolutely outstanding.

not a good experience, pushing hard to close the deal but forgot to address important aspects, initially recognized mistake and promised to make whole and I kept working with him but continuously changed the terms of the deal to the degree that I could not in good conscience do business with

Wow, what can I say. I am the type of person that cares so much about customer service and its something that is what I look for in making any purchase. I couldn't have found a better person to assist me, Jonathan was above amazing, I can speak for hours on how he guided me through every step and I never felt pressured and Jonathan was as sincere as they come. I ended up getting a loose diamond, and couldn't be more happy with it. Once I got the diamond I took it to a well known jeweler for his opinion on the diamond, he told me it was a great deal, he told me he couldn't sell me anything better than that. I would go back to Parcel and stone and recommend it to everyone I know. but make sure you talk to Jonathan, although I imagine everyone is great. Parcel and Stone, you guys made it all easier for me. Thank you.

I came upon Parcel and Stone while letting my girlfriend pick out her engagement ring. She found exactly what she wanted and so we placed the order. I did a little bit of research before placing the order and I will admit that I was a little on edge about spending some a mass amount of money. However, their customer service is amazing. I can honestly say that I haven't had such good customer service in a long time. I'm glad that I ordered through this company and wish they would last for years to come.

I began my search for an engagement ring by searching for a diamond. That’s when I first found Parcel and Stone. They had a great selection and competitive pricing for the quality of stone.

I then happened to find a setting I liked on their website, but I ran into a problem. I needed the ring by a quickly approaching date in order to carry out the proposal as planned. The setting I had decided on was a designer setting and there was no guarantee that I could receive the completed ring on time because of time constraints placed by the independent designer. I called Parcel and Stone and started working with Johnathan, a sales manager there, on a solution. We ended up working out a plan to design a custom ring.

I was placing a lot of trust in a company that I had never worked with before, and so, was understandably nervous about the entire process. However, Parcel and Stone made sure to keep in contact with me constantly and let me know what was happening every step of the way. It put me at ease and assured me that Parcel and Stone knew what they were doing.

The ring turned out better than I could have ever imagined and arrived well before the date I needed it by! I still can’t believe how incredible it all turned out and how helpful Parcel and Stone was throughout the entire process! My fiancée approves too!

Prompt customer service. No bait and switch tactics. Every time I called, the phone was immediately answered by a person. I ordered on a Friday and my diamond arrived the next Friday. The customer service understood how important it was to me and made it a priority. That was fast considering it came from the other side of the world. Their inventory was large and they have access to many diamonds. I looked after I purchased and no other online retailer has anything close to the price (at least $300 more) for the same "C's". My fiancee loved it and I paired it with an antique setting. Could not have been happier.

At first, I didn't know anything about ordering a diamond online. I thought you would go to stores and have to compare prices and see the best deal you could get at a store. The website has a large selection of diamonds, wedding bands and engagement rings. The prices were very competitive compared to stores or other websites. I was very satisfied with the communication, delivery and product that was delivered. I was suggest Parcel and Stone to all those looking for future rings, diamonds and wedding bands.

I placed my order June 6th, 2018 with an expected delivery date of July 3rd. 12 days later I got word that it was being shipped out. Opening my package, which was very discreet, I was so nervous. As I opened the box the ring sparkled like nothing I had seen in stores. I cant wait to pop the question with the confidence of an AMAZING ring!! I'm so thankful to have found these guys and I dont plan on ordering from anyone else in the future.

Love everything about Parcel and Stone. I found an amazing deal on a loose diamond and decided to pull the trigger. They had staff I could chat with online that were able to answer any questions I had. They kept me constantly updated on the shipping of my diamond. I ordered from Parcel & Stone after finding one of their diamonds on Rare Carat. I found the pricing was the best I had seen anywhere online (BlueNile, Brilliant Earth, and several others. The ordering process was very smooth and they really take the worry out of an online purchase with included Fedex Overnight shipping, discrete and secure packaging, and a beautifully simple jewelry box that showcases the ring.

Being one of the most important purchases of my life, I was naturally apprehensive in dealing strictly with an online company. In the early stages of researching the information seemed overwhelming and any human interaction via online chat was super cold and robotic. My concerns were only amplified and I became discouraged, that is until I began dealing with Parcel & Stone.

I will be honest, at first I was quite hesitant using parcel and stone for such a large purchase. They were a newer online company with limited reviews but after speaking to one of the sales representatives they made me feel at ease. The entire process from start to finish went without any flaws and when the ring was delivered I was astonished. After receiving the ring I brought it to a local jeweler to confirm my purchase and it was appraised for more than parcel and stone even appraised it for.
