I'm so impressed with these guys, I was able to find a great value stone and setting than even James allen. The support staff was extremely patient and helpful. I went back and forth for over a week before I made my final decision and believe me, I did a LOT of research before taking the call. My ring is just gorgeous and I've received a lot of complements for it! I'd highly highly recommend!

I can't tell you how amazing Parcel & Stone was throughout the whole entire process. I initially discovered them through rare carat and from there it was nothing but love. The conversation started with a chat head pop up and turned into several phone calls which left me feeling much more comfortable. The gentleman who helped me was not "salesy" or pushy, he allowed me to take my time and communicated so much new and vital information to me. Typically everyone talks about clarity, cut, color and carat; but he helped me understand how a girdle and a bow tie can make a huge impact on whether you're getting a dead diamond. When I finally settled on something, after many conversations, chat windows, and links exchanged, he reassured me that I wasn't crazy for looking at other diamonds right before hitting the submit order button. When I got the diamond it was in a beautiful box welcoming me to the family. I'm so pleased I went with P&S. I got an amazing diamond at a great price and love the ability to upgrade after a year if I desire.

I was looking at numerous jewelry store online for a proposal ring to give to my GF and came across Parcel & Stone through rarecarat. They had the best price but not many reviews about the company since they are new. Before ordering the loose diamond and setting I wanted, I talked to someone in their company website through their online chat asking for reassurance about their company and I'm glad I did and won my business.

Ordering the diamond and setting on their website is very easy, as well as checking out. The provide a GIA report on the diamond and an actual photo of it. After you choose the diamond, the website leads you to a settings page with various designs and prices. They offer free engraving on the ring as well.

While waiting on the ring, I had questions and sent the customer service questions and minutes later Danielle always responded to my questions. I never felt "alone" or had no one to talk to when I have concerns about my order.

My order came in one week before the actual "ship date" on the website so I was impressed by it.

When I received my shipment, the ring was shipped in a discrete shipping box and neatly packed! It came with the actual GIA certificate, appraisal, and a diamond pen cleaner thingy. Thanks!

The ring box is nice and elegant.. but now for the ring. WOW! Thank you Parcel & Stone! I really love it and for sure my GF will like it. I showed my mother and she was very impressed by it. I'm really glad I went with Parcel & Stone. Not only they offer love diamonds but great prices and great service as well.

The original stone i ordered had already been sold and shipping another diamond was delayed as well. On the flip side the customer service rep was great and picked out a better stone for me. Overall ordering process was rough but awesome customer service which made up for everything!
