I have been contacting Brandon Bryan ever since he started working in our area a few months ago, and he has been very helpful, courteous and attentive. He has given good and honest explanations of timescales, not giving high hopes when it wasn't possible, but also giving hope that the jobs would be done. I'm certainly very grateful and I think many of the tenants in our block would echo this. Chris

PM Samuel Blowers has been very helpful on my exchange day when the buyer's incompetent solicitor asked for a document at the last minute while my own property manager was off.

We have a very good contact with our building Manager Emily at Parkfords. We find her always ready to discuss our concerns and an active partner in dealing with repairs. This is our first experience as leaseholders and I must say that so far it has been much better than we had anticipated.

We switched to Parkfords and after reviewing our budget and previous agents costs they managed to reduce our service charge by over 30%. Would highly recommend.

Totally neglectful property management company, who do not take the initiative to maintain a block and instead wait for complaints to pile in before they take action.

Always cutting corners and telling tenants and leaseholders that they can’t do anything.

Had a flood in our flat from neighbours upstairs and we went through Parkfords to sort out the building damage Samuel Blowers from Parkfords was faultless from day one in process of organising builders. He communicated throughout and he arranged builders to start works ontime

I wish I could give 0 stars! They charge based on their needs not based on what you have to pay. Management financial education is 0 plus they don’t know what they are talking about. Useless!

I'm a surveyor and have been working on buildings managed by Emily Gillum. I have found Emily to be extremely knowledgeable, organised and hard working. I have worked with many property managers over the years, and Emily stands out as the best.

We have worked as a contractor for Parkfords for many years on a variety of works across the South Coast. Always found anyone that works at Parkfords to be helpful and responsive. The whole team are always very friendly and things are always actioned very quickly.

We have worked with Parkfords for many years and have formed a great working relationship with them. The whole team are extremely helpful and very enthusiastic and have a very Proactive approach to FM. Shelley ,Gracie ,Gemma, Emily and Leanne are a very strong team collectively and would highly recommend their services and experience in property management.
Look forward to many more years working with the team.

No customer service and they will do anything they can to avoid actioning any work. Difficult to work with and never a positive tone. They frequently ask for additional payment with little justification, despite little to no quality of service. Quite secretive and no oversight. They are not completely incompetent so have given 2 instead of 1 star. Would not recommend.

It is really refreshing to work with such a proactive company.
I have worked with Parkfords for the last five years, they are always quick to respond to their tenants, which makes my job much easier, they are also quick to pay so I don’t have to waste time charging money. In particular I would like to thank Emily, she always follows up on jobs and gets back to me quickly when I have left a message.
I would thoroughly recommend Parkfords.

We moved over to Parkfords from Countrywide and they have put our service charge up each year and they have recently charged us for wet and dry risers that do not exist in our building! It is blind robbery!

Compared to what we had before this is transformative.
Having someone who responds to our requests is great. The drawback is that it has brought to light works which should have been done before and so our costs have increased dramatically. Overall responsiveness is OK but is often detracted by contractors and their availability

We have formed a close working relationship dealing with mostly Gracie, Shelley and Gemma.
