The product was right and easy to install. I love how easy it is to give the measurements and get the partitions in an appropriate time.

The instructions included were not very clear for our model.
All the parts for our two projects were all mixed up in the shipment with no labels, it took two hours to separate everything.

People were polite, helpful with good questions and quick with pricing and color samples. It was somewhat frustrating to figure out the freight costs. Product looks well made and a vast improvement over what we had. Thanks

Delivery time was extremely accurate and everything was packaged very well. The kit itself came with great instructions and is made of high quality material.

We got exactly what we ordered within the timeframe that we needed it. We were able to specify what we needed with precise detail and get a product that worked perfectly for our specific needs. The sales team made sure they had our approval for the specs before proceeding with the order, which helps us confirm that we are getting the right thing for our team.

Customer service was really good, very responsive and efficient and it was certainly the differential from other companies. The only minor thing is that not all parts were delivered in the expected time frame, which fortunately ended up not being an issue since we were a little late for install.

High quality product with a very fast turnaround time. I went through a few measurement changes as the renovation progressed and their sales team was very quick to provide updated quote and measurements to keep my project on track.

very nice looking units that were easy to install. I miss read the shop drawings in one bathroom which ended up being a very costly mistake. My impulse was how did they not see what I meant as a bathroom would not work in the configuration sent; however, ultimately my mistake.

Wonderful product compared to old particleboard. Install was easy with all parts supplied. Doors can be a little tricky but once you get the first one finish, the rest are easy.
