The worst experience ever. I waited 6 months !! for 3 t-shirts that the owner kept promising he would send. Supposedly he sent two parcels that both got lost. But he was unable to tell me where the shirts are. Then he promised again that he would send it again “in the next 48 hours” but never got back to me, didn’t answer my mails. I was extremely patient because he sounded “such a nice guy” but that is a trap. Only after I sought help from paypal and threatened to get my money back, the owner finally sent it!!! He broke his word several times, is not willing to give a refund, doesn’t care if the goods actually arrive (“this is not my problem what happens after they leave my hands”), doesn’t provide any barcode or shipping information, keeps writing “friendly” emails to calm you while not accepting any responsibility: all in all an absolute nightmare. I will NEVER buy anything else EVER again, the owner is so totally unprofessional. He tried to actually blame this on me: “You should have taken the tracking option, I cannot afford to track my goods”! Hilarious! EVERY parcel has a barcode even if you don’t pay for tracking, it can be tracked anyway. I am buying things on the internet worldwide for many years and never paid for tracking and ALWAYS was informed about the parcel and NEVER a parcel went missing! But of course the owner never ever sent the t-shirts so there was nothing to track and find. Only with force he could be bothered to send the goods he was paid for. Just unbelievable.

The shirts? The number small is still huge, they are nothing special and totally overpriced. Such a waste of time and money. Zero stars.

I absolutely love KULT clothing! The designs are so innovative and the quality of the clothes are extremely soft and comfy as well. It definitely gives me a tumblr nostalgia feel, which I know many of us in our 20s certainly miss. I would say the best thing about this brand, though, is definitely the customer service. Sam is the sweetest and most friendly and accommodating business owner, making the experience of ordering from him all the more enjoyable. He makes sure that all the clothes he creates are in top-tier condition and always makes time to answer any queries I have about my order. When I received my package my name was printed on a lovely card with a sweet message, which I felt gave the whole thing a very nice personalised touch 💗 Overall an amazing artist and brand! I can’t wait to purchase more from him and see what designs he has in store for the near future. Please check his stuff out it’s definitely worth it!

Sam was amazing and warm during my interaction with them, they truly went above and beyond to resolve my issue. The shirt I came looks great and feels really premium. It was ordered as a gift for my SO who loved it.

i truly do not have any complaints at all. we ran into a few complications in the beginning but after reaching out to sam, everything went smooth from then on.

working in customer service myself, i have not experienced customer service at a level that sam has shown through their business. the passion and eagerness that i see just through speaking with them through email is truly inspiring. it makes me *extremely* happy to see their business thrive and knowing that the art they create is special and meaningful.

from my order to the customer care, my expectations were far beyond exceeded. the material is soft and very very good quality. as an anemic being i love sweaters, and i’ve worn mine every day (until i wash it of course) since it has arrived. not only is it unique (like all of their work), but it means a lot to me.

When I first saw this store I was immediately in love with the designs. After a few hiccups with my first package never arriving, Sam made sure that I got another parcel sent out ASAP and even included a coupon code so that I could continue shopping at their store! I will definitely be purchasing their designs and products again

so! i bought a sweatshirt for my boyfriend (the distant love one) and it was meant to come for christmas. it came delayed because of christmas chaos which is completely fine. combined with the fact that i ordered the sweatshirt around christmas time and the fact that it was being shipped from the uk, i completely expected it to be a little bit late. but when it got to my boyfriend, we were so delighted to see what was inside! my boyfriend and i are long distance and i made a note during my purchase basically just letting sam know that it was a gift. sam went out of his way to make a personalized little note card for him and it was very wholesome. my boyfriend loved the experience and he loves his sweatshirt ("it's warm, i wanna sleep in it" -- my boyfriend), and i love the way it looks on him. :] i wrote to sam and told him that i felt it brought us closer together, and i feel like that's true. it made him feel nice, and you can't put a price on that. thank u saaaaam :]

If you want to support this amazing human and stellar brand I recommend! I’ve been following for many years at this point and have never been disappointed in a purchase! Not only did the sweater fit amazing, the patch was perfect! Even with some minor shipping stuff (royal mails fault 100%), it was definitely worth the wait! Customer support 10/10 and I can’t believe it’s just Sam doing it all! Thank you so much! Can’t wait for my next purchase 💕

Great quality products that feel so personal. Sam's art is amazing and everything on KULT is so original. They definitely don't get the hype they deserve!
After there being a back log with orders causing there to be a delay in shipping i received the nicest email from them and a gift certificate. Couldn't ask for better customer service either.

Honestly. Just perfect. There is nothing but smiles and positivity all round. Both products that I’ve purchased before are perfect, and even though we had a delay the first time around.. Sam.. once again, reassured me and made sure my package made it safely to me. I don’t have any complaints whatsoever.. other than the fact that the creator himself..I notice can have a little self doubt.. and man.. this guy is way too humble for his own good. If you’re reading this Sam, you’re the most unbelievable artist.. and really an incredible person. Your service is absolutely perfect for each and every customer you have.. they are so lucky. Please if you are ever ever considering to purchase from KULT.. do it.. do it.. DO IT. I promise it’s worth every penny. There is so much real, raw talent and love that goes into every piece of art he does. They’re all one of a kind, like him. He is a one man business.. one person who does it all. The level of impressiveness and serotonin I get from knowing that is sky high haha. There is nothing more amazing than supporting a smaller business that deserves to be big. KULT is absolutely amazing. Sam being such an incredible person helped me through the whole process up until the product was delivered. The art is amazing and sam makes it even more lovely to be a part of it. The fabric and design is top notch. Huge shoutout to KULT and all the love they spread.
