Partridge kept me up to date on the the delivery of my new vehicle.
Partridge kept me up to date on the delivery date and time for new BMW iX3. The whole process was very well organised and I received a call from the Acumen delivery driver with a 30 minute window for delivery. The delivery of the new car was undertaken with a strong focus on the customer experience. My new car was cleaned and prepared after being offloaded from the lorry and then brought to me to check and run through key pieces of information needed to handover the vehicle.
Overall, a very positive experience.

Sebastian Szczypior at Partridge BMW Hampshire is absolutely top notch!
We received exceptional service and Sebastian ticked all the boxes! His level of professionalism is grade A number 1.
There was never any high pressure, and certainly no nonsense, just clear and pricise information on Sebastian's part.
I highly recommend Sebastian if you are looking to purchase a BMW.

Purchase of used BMW X1
Recently purchased a used BMW X1 from Partridge of Hampshire and the experience was very good. The dealer had good range of used cars and allowed us plenty of time to look over the cars and take for a test drive to help us make our choice. The sales executive Zoe was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, she worked hard to get the best deal possible. The collection was arranged with Zoe to be one week after the sale was agreed and went very smoothly, all the minor cosmetic issues had been rectified to a good standard, the hand over process and introduction to the car was completed efficiently by Zoe. Since the purchase Zoe has also followed up several times to ensure all is going well with the new car. Would certainly use Partridge again and recommend dealing with Zoe.

Great customer service. The Staff are friendly. The sales person was particularly helpful, listening to my requirements and suggesting a car model I had never even heard of that really suited my requirements. She is very knowledgeable

This was my first experience with BMW…
This was my first experience with BMW and it was like no other. The customer service was by far the best, Zoe was absolutely amazing. She catered to all my likes, wants and needs, making the process easy and quick. I would definitely recommend BMW to anyone who’s looking to purchase a new car.
