Fantastic car buying experience
What a great experience! I’ve always wanted a yellow mini and this week was my first visit to Partridge to discuss options. Ricky was so helpful! Informative, friendly and knowledgable and the whole process was very straightforward. I’ve come away with a new car on order and very happy 😊

I recent purchase of a new from Shaun Greenley a mini resulted in an exceptional experience. The service and personal attention provided made this the most pleasant and stress-free car purchase.
From the beginning, I felt valued. The sales representative, Shaun Greenley was outstanding. They listened to my needs. The salesperson's knowledge of the vehicles was impressive, and they patiently answered all questions, leading to confidence in my choice.
The personal attention given to me set this experience apart. Shaun Greenley went above and beyond, to get the best deal to finalise the paperwork.
The whole process, from the test drive to the final paperwork, was seamless. The team's transparency and honest approach provided complete peace of mind. It is highly recommended to visit Mini chandlers Ford If a fantastic car-buying experience is desired, see Shaun Greenley.

1st purchase of a Mini
This was my 1st purchase of a Mini and I wanted to buy from a main dealer. Ricky came out and greeted me whilst I was looking at the cars on the forecourt, he was friendly, informative and helped me find my perfect car. The whole process was seamless and professional without feeling pressured at any point. Would highly recommend Ricky and the whole team ⭐️

We came to mini last week to just to have a look at a potential new car for the wife, and we were welcomed like we were a friend of the family by Ricky lopes, great customer service we will be back to buy in the future, when the wife makes her mind up.

Great experience
Great experience. Ben went through everything with us, very comprehensive and a lovely guy. We had a lovely test drive and very helpful team when we got back with prices and next steps. 100% recommend!

New experience at Partridge Mini
Met Shaun yesterday after seeing a mini on their website. Had a test drive and then spent a very pleasant hour with Shaun who was courteous and knowledgable. Completed all details and will be able to collect my new mini on Tuesday. Such a lovely change in this day and age to find someone who actually cares about what they are doing. Thank you so much.

Never again. This was my second brand new car from…
This was my second brand new car from this place. Got damaged twice whilst being serviced. Second time they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I got passed from pillar to post and eventually gave up. I decided to take my money else where.

Ricky Lopes Delivered Over And Above Customer Service
I have been buying my car from Mini Partridge Hampshire for many years now and have also dealt with many car dealers for over 20 years. I can honestly say that Ricky Lopes is one of the hardest working, honest and reliable sales experts i've ever encountered. He delivered over and above service and went out of his way to provide a sale that felt genuine every step of the way, listening to all of my needs, consistently diligent with an effortless ability to balance professionalism and humour to provide a tailored service. Ricky is a breath of fresh air in the sales industry. We definitely need more people like Ricky!
