Bought a pool heater online. Good price and freight delivery went well

Andy was really helpful making sure the pool pump was the correct one.

Andi recommended LX WP200-II Pumpdual speed2HP
and supplied it to off-mainland in 3 working days!
I had checked spec and dimensional compatibility and product was as Andi's info, so it fitted with only minor plumbing tweeks.
Removal of old (failed winding on 20yearold motor) and install of new took 3 hours including prime and leak check, now operating - VERY Happy. Alasdair

Had to replace two hot tub pumps and was unsure about the right specs. Sent over the info to Andi at Parts4tubs, and his product knowledge is incredible. He pointed me to the exact LX 3HP pumps required. Great service, fast support, and genuine expertise. Would definitely buy from them again!

I contacted after working hours and received WhatsApp communications throughout the evening and weekend. Ordered a commercial spa heater on a Thursday evening and took delivery Monday midday. Delivery to the door and all the team have been very helpful. Thank you Andi, Elias and Keith. 10/10 😉

The whole experience of recommissioning my hot tub and upgrading to be heated by a heat pump was made a lot easier with the advice and range of options given by Andi. It’s unusual in any situation these days to be able to deal with a company owner that is so in touch with their customers and readily available for the odd questions. The spa has been laying dormant for nearly three years since we moved house and with the heat pump now doing its job so efficiently we will be back to daily usage.
The 7kw device lifted the temp 10c in 4hrs!
From tap water fill to usable in such a short time.

Prompt no fuss service and helpful aftercare

Ordered a new cover for my hot tub,
Took a while as it had to be shipped from Canada but great service and communication. Cover is great.

Horrible experience from the point of order, product was delayed with very little feedback, Product finally arrived, we installed and it failed in less than a week. The feedback we get is sorry manufacturer said the product was dropped. Paid 1100 for a pool heater item to fail in a week and that's the response you get.

I bought a hot tub cover lifter which was well priced and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, when I fitted this, I struggled to get it to work as advertised. I reached out to Parts4tubs and got an immediate response. After checking with the manufacturer, I was offered a refund, no issues. Communication has been great throughout and the refund arrived quickly. Really great customer service.

I needed a new pump for my very old hot tub. The old pump was obsolete but Andi found me a replacement and gave me some very helpful tips for fitting it
I placed the order on a Friday and it arrived the next day.
Pump fitted Saturday night, the tub was warm and good to go Sunday morning. Unfortunately, after a short while running at high speed, I noticed that the pump was whining ( it had been really quiet while on the lower speed as the tub heated up).
I emailed Andi on Monday morning and despite being out of the office, he replied saying that he was sorry and that his team were on it for me.
Later evening, Elias contacted me to say that a new pump had been dispatched with the tracking info. and would be delivered on Tuesday. He also sent me labels and instructions on how to return the faulty pump back to them. He finished his message saying how sorry they were for the inconvenience of draining down the tub again, fitting another pump and then the refilling and heating.
Next day the replacement arrived.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. From beginning to end, dealing with Parts4tubs has been a pleasure.

I cannot thank them or rate them enough...... SUPERB!!!!

I just wish that all companies provided this level of excellence, I will now only being using Parts4tubs for my hot tub needs and recommending them to my friends and family!!!!

Very knowledgeable and helpful talking us through a control panel reset.
Andy saved us over £400 and helped us be a bit greener, by not purchasing unnecessary items.
Have used parts4tubs before when replacing a pump.

Customer service from parts4tubs was superb, I required a new 2 speed pump for my 12 year old hot tub, I was put through to Andi who cross matched the pump, his advice on fitment and horse power was excellent. The pricing from parts4tubs was excellent, delivery was excellent and the pump was well packaged. I required help with the wiring and once again the service was excellent. Made a phone call to Parts4tubs & spoke to Andi explaining what my problem was (hot tub kept tripping electricity) he told me it sounded like the heater element disconnected the element and hot tub never tripped out so Andi had the part in stock & was sent out the same day and delivered the next morning by DPD great service and thoroughly recommend Pars4tubs thanks Dave from Oxford

We found out this week that there are some real cowboys out there pretending to be pool suppliers (like Apulia) but Andi and Pools4tubs have been brilliant. Rapid delivery and just so responsive to messages. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks Andi.
