The customer service was top notch. They responded and took care of my inquiry with no delay. In addition, they ship quickly and thoughtfully. Finally, I really enjoy their product.

I ordered 6 bottles of Maramalade Switchel which was not delivered by Evri. Tracking information says this delivery was delayed, and Evri would get in contact with me. I heard nothing for a week. I then contacted Mother Root who are looking in to it. A few days in and still no news about what their warehouse have found.
This was not an inexpensive purchase. Am so disappointed.

First we love the product and are anxious to try the new jalapeño flavor. For some reason today the system placed an order for the soda before I added the Jalapeno (could have been a problem of my end) but MR customer service immediately canceled that order upon my request. So glad to have found MR!

I can’t recommend Mother Root highly enough. We’ve been fans for a while — my husband absolutely loves the Original Ginger, and I completely fell in love with the limited-edition Rhubarb.

What has really stood out, though, is the customer service. I recently had reason to get in touch with the team and they were genuinely exceptional: warm, incredibly helpful and clearly determined to make sure I was happy. It’s quite rare these days to come away from a customer service interaction feeling so genuinely impressed and valued.

A brilliant product from a company that clearly really cares about its customers. I was already a fan, but the way they handled everything has made me an even bigger one. Five stars very well deserved!

Renet was very helpful in assisting me with a reorder due to my package being lost.

I have been away for a few days came home expecting my delivery and was told it had not arrived even though it had been signed for by the delivery man. I contacted Mother Root via email and explained that I had never had problems with my monthly delivery but this one did not arrive. A very nice representative RENET answered my email and said they would try to find out what happened but in the meantime so that I wouldn't have to wait they would send me a replacement immediately.
Upon my arrival home I opened all the boxes I had retrieved from my apartment and I noticed there was one from an unfamiliar return address. I opened it and… It was the mother root delivery I thought had been lost. I got in touch with Mother Root and explained what happened and also not to send the replacement. I must say they acted so quickly to solve my problem I was very very impressed. Even though it was my FAUXPAS that caused all the problem. End of story all is well I have my delivery and in fact I am increasing my monthly delivery from 6 to 12 bottles because many of my friends ask for a taste and leave with a bottle! Which leaves me short of my supply. Customer service is exceptional as is the product. Very happy to have had experience with both.

Exemplary customer service, thank you. And the product itself? Delicious…and actually something I look forward to having at the start of an evening rather than just a replacement for something alcoholic!! It is pricey but I think this adds to the specialness of it :)

Ordering and delivery were spot on. I liked the sustainable packaging, which I will re-use until it's time to recycle.
The product: Aaaaah! A ginger lover's dream. The best part is that it's not too sweet, so you can mix it with whatever you want without a sugar rush. I started with just a small amount with sparkling water and ice. It was delightful, with a nice light burn. I'll go for a bigger burn next time!

Mandi was wonderful in resolving my shipping issue promptly. I am very happy with the outstanding customer service and the taste of Mother Root Ginger! I will be buying more.

I absolutely love this stuff and have tried all the flavours - it’s a fantastic alternative to alcohol, tastes amazing and is good for the gut - what’s not to love! The customer service is outstanding. I had a recent issue with my order going astray (thanks to Evri) and raised it with Mother Root. I had an initial AI response, swiftly followed by a real human - thanks Renet who got it all sorted and checked back in to ensure everything was received and that I was happy - customer service at its best - highly recommend!!

Disappointing and expensive for what it is. Purchased as I love ginger and the thought of having a refreshing ginger drink of an evening with a firey kick as an alternative to alcohol was appealing. Sadly all I can taste is cider vinegar. No amount of shaking the bottle makes any difference! No kick of ginger (or any taste of ginger to be honest), no notes of honey or chilli! For the price I paid and what I received, I hate to say it but I might as well have just purchased a bottle of cider vinegar! Disappointing to say the least and something I wont be purchasing again. I do however understand everyone is different but what I expected was a refreshing ginger drink with a kick but what I get is cider vinegar. Not good.

The team dealt with a delivery problem promptly, with consideration and generosity. The standard of customer service is right up there with the deliciousness of the products!

There was immediate auto response. After that a more personal response and actual delivery 2 days later.

I was conerned that I would never seen the product delivery. I was pleased to see that I was wrong.

Great products... I love love Ginger the best I have to say but I've recently been enjoying the new Marmalade ... Orla from their customer service team helped sort an order issue out without any delay and has been so helpful, I couldn't fault their attention and speed in dealing with the problem and their kindness too.

If you're deliberating about whether to try it out .. go on ... give it a go ... you won't regret it ... it tastes fab and is such a lovely drink to look forward to especially after a busy day.

I absolutely love the product. For me, it is the order time is WAY to long. It is not only the order time but the lack of updates and communication with a tracking number.
And, I at last got a delivery date and I wrote to company too. I must say the company was very good and responded quickly and removed my shipping fee. They had good efforts. But, they also gave me same delivery date that I received from tracking. Well, that day came and went..,
2 days later, the package at last arrived. If I didn’t love the product so much, it would be too much trouble. I can’t fault the company!
