I recently ordered several hard-to-find parts for my Prusa printer from PartsBuilt3D, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The parts arrived exactly as described, were OEM equivalent, and the quality was top-notch.

Easy to find parts. Worked great for my friends Flashforge Guider 2. A pin in the stepper motor melted and pulled out with the connector. I replaced the stepper motor, wire harness, and stepper driver. His Guider 2 is now printing like a champ.

After discovering that PETG adheres too well to the smooth PEI build plate that came with my Prusa Core One, I ordered a new satin OEM build plate from Partsbuilt 3D to avoid waiting for shipping from CZ again. My order arrived quickly, was securely packaged, and was less expensive than ordering directly from Prusa. The bag of jelly beans, sticker, and thank you note further contributed to the great first impression that was made. Partsbuilt 3D will be the first and probably last place I shop for 3D printer parts now unless they give me a reason to look elsewhere.

These guys are the first place I look for parts for my Prusa Mk4s printer. The site is well-organized, they have a good selection (with alternatives!), reasonable prices, and they ship quickly. I've placed at least half a dozen orders.

I needed critical parts for my printer asap and wanted to avoid tariffs so I Googled a supplier for the parts for my machine and found good reviews of Partsbuilt 3D. I placed an order and quickly received my items and a bonus item! My printer has been running perfectly since replacing the parts! I recommended this place to my current employer for fast replacements and would recommend it to anyone else!

I've placed several orders with these fine folks and every one of them has been perfect. The shipping is fast and the prices are super competitive. It's nice to be able to order the 3D printer parts I need from someone who actually cares about me being happy with the whole experience.

I was feeling mighty low as I live in a small area and nowhere to go and get one. Looked on internet and finally came across the Partsbuilt.com web site it showed they had some in stock. I order one package and it had 3 in it and was cheaper than I expected to get one. And I new I would have to wait for a week or two for them to be shipped and delivered but in only 4 days they were divered to my door. And not only fast delivery but fit perfect and got me going again. Thanks

I was looking for US stock on original Prusa parts, prices are competitive and for me 3-5day shipping takes 2 days sooo look out Amazon. Feels good supporting small businesses, love the fact I get handwritten notes, jellybeans (as a play on Prusa), an sticker, and an actual email link for any issues encountered.

Ordered part was shipped same day and arrived quickly. Also, I was having an issue replacing the part on my printer, and Jonah was willing to take the time to talk to me on the phone and explained step-by-step what to do. Not many companies would be willing to provide that next level of customer service! I'll be buying all future replacement parts from Partsbuilt 3D.
