I ordered a part that hasn't showed up.
I ordered a part that showed shipped on Oct 27th and I called this morning and it still had not shipped. I can let you know more if and when I get it. I did receive the part and it did work. BUT it was either used or remanufactured because a VIN was already programmed in it so we ha to rewrite it. If these were available anywhere new I would have ordered that instead. It did not say it was used or a reman in the description.

The part you sent us was a dud
The part you sent us was a dud. Upon request for another replacement, your company wanted to charge $200 more for a different one, despite the fact we paid to have the one that was sent the first time to be programmed to the car. That money we cannot get back in the event of a failed part.

Dodge ABS Module
I waited until the part was installed before posting a review. It seemed too good to be true because my trucks been in the shop for over 3 months waiting on this part. I finally took control and located the part here. It was delivered in 3 days and installed on my truck in a single day. I wish I would have gone this route back in July but it is what it is. Couldn't be more impressed with y'alls services.

Price gouging!!
Price gouging!! I needed a part for a 2016 vehicle that the manufacturer no longer carries. OEM part from manufacturer is $322. The vehicle will not run without it. Parts Finder Q had one for $800. I had no choice but to purchase it or walk. Shame on them!!

Unfortunately, there was no cheaper option available for this part. It’s been discontinued by the manufacturer and is very hard to find. We truly hope that this part serves you well and proves to be worth the price.

We ordered a part from this company and it was "lost" for 4 days from the original USPS tracking confirmation. We contacted the company and it was tumultuous at first. However, we love a good recovery by business management. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue, and were gracious enough to take our suggestions to add more premium shipping options in the future and faster customer service turnaround. When the product finally arrived, it came securely and thoughtfully packaged. Give them a try!
