This company had parts for my microwave oven that were difficult to find elsewhere. I didn't trust the quality I was getting from 3rd party suppliers on Amazon. Shipping was fast and price was competitive. On a previous order I cancelled before they shipped and they were terrific providing a full refund with no restocking or admin fees...that was impressive! Thanks!

I had to order 3 different parts to get the one I needed. Be careful when using AI to figure out which one you actually need! All the parts that came were either in original packaging, or were in previously opened boxes that were carefully sealed. All the parts appeared brand new regardless of the packaging. The one I ended up needing works flawlessly. The only downside to using this business is that they want you to pay the return shipping cost, which is fair, but not cost effective for a $35 part.

Hi this business should not operate in this country. They took my part back and they were supposed to give me in store credit since January of 2026 this year and i still didn't receive my in-store credit and I have to pay $350 for the part and they took the part back and took my money and I still waiting I urge everybody to stay away from this company

I ordered an oven bake element sold as WS01F11428, but the part I received was not the correct item. The geometry and support tab positions were different and did not match WS01F11428 reference images.

I submitted the company’s claim form, sent multiple emails, and provided clear photos showing the discrepancy. After that, communication stopped and no resolution was provided.

To verify the issue, I ordered a genuine OEM WS01F11428 from another seller. That part fit perfectly in my GE range JCBP80S P1SS, confirming that the item supplied here was not the correct part.

Part arrived as promised and works great!

I had a very positive experience with Parts of Canada . My dishwasher suddenly stopped working and had error messages on the display panel. I ordered the part I needed from POC and it arrived promptly .

Absolutely the worse company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
I am still waiting for my refund on a returned part 3 MONTHS after an in-person return. I reach out every 2 weeks on the phone and am told each time that the returns team will get back to me, yet they never do.

Avoid AT ALL COSTS. It's a scam.

I purchased a replacement LG Dryer Drive Motor Assembly (4681EL1008A) from Parts of Canada Ltd. after the original motor failed. The replacement motor was very well built and fit perfectly, just like the original OEM version. Installation was straightforward and everything lined up exactly as it should.

Since replacing the drive motor, the dryer has been running great and working just like it did before the original motor failed. I’m very happy with the quality of the part and my purchase overall.

Ordered a part on their website. Got a call next day claiming there was an unknown tarrif that I would have to agree to pay. They said anywhere from 20-50% of the cost. Cancelled order and still haven't received a refund. Their phone # doesnt work and emails to them are getting kicked back. BEWARE

Do not buy from them it is a fraud if they send you a wrong part
They do not akcnowlege the mistake.
After months of insisting I was given a return number and sent the part back
Now they say they cant refund 1 sealed but the other unsealed ( how can I asses the part is correct without opening)
But even with the part they do not do the refund.
They have the money the parts and I paid import rights and postage back.
Stay away from then.

Despite this, my refund request was denied solely because the outer box was opened, which leaves customers with no reasonable way to verify incorrect or misleading listings.

I provided photos showing that the product received was different from what was advertised, but this was disregarded. Instead of issuing a refund, I was offered store credit, which is not an appropriate resolution when the product was misrepresented.

The outcome is that I am left with an unusable item and no refund. Based on this experience, I would advise caution when purchasing, as resolving issues with incorrect or misleading products appears to be difficult.

Stay away from this company—it's terrible.
The order I received is completely different from the online description! The model number on their website matched the one I bought from another store before, but the model they shipped is entirely different from the picture. The burner is about one centimeter smaller, and the power connection is different too—it simply won't fit. I immediately contacted the seller. An automated reply instructed me to report the incorrect part on their website. After submitting the form, someone reached out asking for photos and the model number. I provided everything as requested, but now weeks have passed. I've sent several emails with no response whatsoever. Stay away from this company—it's terrible.
