This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a part based on the fact that it said on their website it would fit with my oven. It did not. I followed their instructions to return and have been getting the run around for well over a month. They are a joke and I would not run the risk of buying from them

Tried many times to contact the company
I had called and talked to someone at the company and asked them if i ordered from them and it wasn’t what i needed i could send back with no questions or problems i received the fan that i thought was what was needed but wasn’t i didn’t open or use it at all i sent emails and tried to contact them but no return or response after they sold the product and was paid its very very bad service after

The parts I ordered were the correct…
The parts I ordered were the correct parts, unit has been running great since I installed them. It wasn’t the original but the cross reference an updated part and it perfect. Shipping was fast and painless, also with a follow up call on things.

Fast shipping and reasonable prices! I paid less than a quarter of the price of the same part from the manufacturer and it was as here in 3 days vs the three weeks I was told it would take for the manufacturer part. I easily fixed my dishwasher myself.

Horrible customer service. Will not return calls, will not process my return and refund the money I paid for my replacement burned. Waiting over a month now. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

DO NOT BUY HERE!
I wrote an initial review, but I do not think it has been posted. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Everyone I have encountered, including the Customer Service Manager who appears to go out of his way to resolve matters, is untruthful. I ordered a freezer door handle, it arrived on time and I was quite pleased. When opening the box, the part was incompatible with my freezer. Not because I ordered the wrong part, because the fridge handles were correct, but because I was shipped the wrong item. I tried to explain this to them on multiple occassions but the return was "denied". I sent back the part as instructed, on my own expense, and now have lost almost $200 because of this company.
My bad experience may not be everyone else's but buyer beware!

crooked company
I confirm. Crooker company. Placed part order which was supposed to arrive in 5 days and waited without a working home fridge.
Received no communication or confirmation.
Part didn't arrive. When I called they said it was "out of stock" for several months. Though they did charge my card. And apparently didn't think of letting us know or canceling.
I screamed at them and demanded in instant cancel and refund. They called back and confirmed the cancel, but never refunded.
Having to dispute though my card.
Also, pretty sure, they are NOT in fact in Canada but Asia. The name is intentionally misleading.

Fraud
Do not trust this company. They sent me broken parts and after I returned them, they stopped responding completely. Over a month with no refund and zero communication. They ignore calls and emails. Extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam.
