Ordered a new filter for my LG dryer. Perfect fit and was seamless integration. Have had no issues and parts of Canada made everything easy. would recommend 100% for parts.

The motor in my Samsung convection oven was getting noticeably noisier each time the oven was turn on. I ordered a replacement so that I could swap out the fan before it stopped working completely. The part ordered arrived exactly as shown and came in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend ordering from here and will do so myself next time I need to

The water inlet valve for our Miele dishwasher stopped working and kept filling the dishwasher with water. It seemed to be a hard part to source, but we found a great aftermarket part from this store. Some of the parts didn't fit 100% like the original, but they give you additional pieces to make it work. I would have given 5-stars if it was an exact replacement.

Do not order from this company. I paid $40 for express shipping (1-2 days) and they messed up my address so Purolator couldn't deliver it and they included their own phone number which they didn't answer so the driver couldn't even get the correct address. This resulted in a two week delay as my package got put into Purolator's backlogged system. I did eventually receive a working part but I'd like my shipping refunded as I didn't receive the service I paid for. I've called the company 4 times and have been told someone will call me back but nobody ever does. I've emailed them twice and only ever got an automated response. Their customer support is non-existent. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and discovered they have an F rating with them. Reviews online show quite a few people getting broken parts with similar shipping delays and non responding customer service. I was lucky enough to get a working part. Hopefully it lasts. These guys are shady though so buyer beware.

Dryer element was an exact replacement of original and works perfectly. I purchased it to replace one I bought from amazon only a few months ago. It was clearly a thicker element compared to the one from Amazon which burned up in a few months.

Fridge stopped working due to starter and relay. Ordered a replacement component from here. Quality was good, service was quick. My old fridge is still working till this day!

Terrible - customer service is the worst I’ve come across. Takes days for responses and return policy is a joke. Buyer beware.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a part and paid EXTRA for priority 1-2 day shipping. IT ARRIVED 2 WEEKS LATE! It took them 2 more weeks to 'allow' me to return the item - AT MY EXPENSE. They charged a ridiculous restocking fee and refused to credit my priority shipping fee.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
