Part time pilot was very helpful while I was working towards my private pilot license. The audio lectures were incredibly helpful as it is how I learn best.

Part Time Pilots Ground School give you so many ways to learn that its hard to not retain the knowledge. The big thing for me was the audio lessons/podcasts that you can listen to while driving. Game changer!!!

This is one of the best online ground school there is because will give you so much material and part time pilot doesn't want you to fail they prepare you very well for your exam I highly recommend

I've really enjoyed using this online ground school. I'm a dad of 4 working full-time and it's tough to get dedicated sit-down study time. The lessons are set up so you can read, watch or even just listen to the material. I've been able to take my transit, scrolling and even toilet time and turn it into study time! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because occasionally numbers given in audio lessons don't match the written version. The only example I can think of for this is during temperatures at altitude lessons. (degrees F/1000ft) factor is given wrong a few times. make sure to look it up. outside of that it's been fantastic.

Part Time Pilot has been a solid experience. The no stress environment Nick teaches in makes it easy to learn.

Seems to be a good program so far. I am about a quarter of the way done with my ground school and so for I have enjoyed it.

After 4 years of trying to figure out how to obtain this dream of mine to fly I finally figured it out by using Part Time Private Pilot! I ended up using multiple different methods and online courses to best suit me and none of them gave me back my confidence that it was possible unlike how this one did. With unexplainable terms and foreign concepts finally explained in simple terms that anyone can understand, I was able finally continue forward and regain hope!

Phenomenal learning experience. PTP addresses as many learning styles as they can throughout the courses to ensure as broad of an audience as possible is able to learn and retain the information that is presented.

They offer way more than the other programs and their customer service is quick and efficient!

When I first enrolled, I had zero aviation knowledge. The course broke down complex concepts into easily digestible lessons that made learning enjoyable and straightforward. The interactive quizzes, clear explanations, and real-world examples were crucial in helping me grasp the material.
One of the highlights was the comprehensive preparation for the FAA written exam. The course is meticulously structured to cover every topic you'll encounter on the exam. Thanks to the detailed lessons and the focus on practice questions, I passed my written exam easily on the first attempt.
Even after passing the written exam, I still use the course to prepare for my PPL check ride. The resources available—like the flight maneuver tutorials, oral exam prep, and community support—are invaluable. The course continues to reinforce my understanding, building the confidence I need to ace the check ride.

I really like the app for on the go. I have a 24/7 on call job and I don't always get to bring my laptop, so the mobile app really helps.

This program teaches you everything you need and is delivered in such a way that it is consumable by any type of learner. I have kids and two jobs and started with the part-time pilot podcast which lead me to purchase the lifetime ground school. I Was almost satisfied with just the free podcast but at some point if you really want to be a pilot, you have to see what's being offered here is well worth the long term financial cost of a pilot career. Nick is the cherry on top of this whole deal. A man who cares, I human that saw a problem in the industry and decided to make a difference. The future pilots this guy has put in good hands by cradling them with aeronautical knowledge that literally will last a lifetime. I can't put a price on that, and I'm thankful to have Nick along on my journey to achieve my aviation goals. Thanks Nick!

I started by listening to the podcast to see if I like the teaching style, and that is what hooked me. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I love how versatile it is with all the various ways to obtain the information. It appeals to all types of learners, I am a visual learner. So I really appreciate the youtube videos and images on the online ground school. It has helped me tremendously. I have been able to stay involved and active in aviation while working to save money to pay for flight school. I am super thankful that I can still feel like I am working towards my goal without actually being in an airplane.

I found Part Time Pilot Podcast while searching for anything that I could get my ears on that would help me pass the Knowledge, Oral, and Practical Test. After listening to Nick's Podcast and YouTube Channel, I liked his easy to understand explanations, pictures, and diagrams and wanted more, so I signed up for the Part Time Pilot Ground School. There are too many reason to list here as to why I choose his course, but I'm glad I did. Actually, I had already made my mind up to use another coarse before finding PTP. Thanks Nick!

I can't recommend Part Time Pilot enough. I have no Pilot background, just a love and affinity to learn to fly. No one in my family was a pilot and I didn't know any Pilots personally. I had no inside scoop. So it can be daunting to even know where to start. Part Time Pilot makes that easy! You can listen to all the Podcasts for FREE. Once your convinced that this program will help you (AND IT WILL) you can do what I did, and sign-up for Part Time Pilot. With the Bonus content - PTP Walks you through how to pick a school, approach flight training, save money and time!
Even IF you have another Membership like Sporty's or whomever, I HIGHLY recommend you get PART TIME PILOT. You will still end up and save Time and Money learning from Part Time Pilot.
I got a 95% on my written exam and I am set to take my Check Ride and feel confident that I will excel at the Oral Exam, because of the PTP Check Ride Prep Course.
PS. I Love the Mobile App. Great way to take mini- quizzes and brush up and knowledge topic areas.

It takes me three times the normal amount of time to read & really understand the Airman books, and I have found the videos to be a huge help. Even though it takes me longer, but bc of PTP and the easy-to-follow format, I don't mind the hard work it takes me & the quizzes are super helpful.

I have gone through ground school once before. It was in a traditional classroom setting. By the end of it I never felt fully prepared to take my exam. With Part Time Pilot I have really enjoyed being able to go at my own pace and learn in the style that works best for me. I really enjoy the audio versions of the lesson as that is what works best for me.
