I had an excellent experience dealing with Alex at Parx Mortgage and Insurance Services. He handled my mortgage so effortlessly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free, especially as I was taking this out on my own, which was rather daunting. His professionalism and clear communication made a real difference.

I'd also like to mention Caroline, who was fantastic in arranging insurances. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Overall, I had a great experience with this company, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future and will definitely be recommending them to friends. The delivery of gorgeous and delicious cupcakes after the purchase of my home went through was a really nice touch and much appreciated.

Alex, Huseyin and Caroline were extremely helpful and made the entire process extremely easy. When our mortgage came up for renewal we thought it would be a pain to search and compare the best offers but the PARX did it all for us and the entire experience from first email to final acceptance seamless! Alex and Caroline were attentive, approachable and really supportive. From the outset Alex listened to everything I needed, advised where appropriate and offered a service that worked for me. Alex, Caroline and Huseyin what a team! My first time home buyer experience started off with a phone call to Alex - I knew nothing about buying properties at this point, and only one hour or two afterwards I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish, and I had an in priciple decision. Alex was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the process thoroughly and answered all of my pesky questions. Caroline managed the liaise with tha bank, she managed to speed things up to get the actual mortgage approved and patiently explained what I needed in terms of insurance and helped me figure out the best provider. Huseyin is incredible both as an advisor and overall as a person, he contacted me on a few occasions to inform me of better morgage deals, he ensured I was properly informed at every step of the process and even went out of his way to get me the best insurance deal possible.

I thought my experience with Parx ended after I got my flat keys, but I was pleasantly surprised when they sent me a box of cupcakes as a gift and thank you for choosing them. Alex, Caroline, Huseyin THANK YOU for all your help I cannot recommend you guys enough!

Alex found us the perfect mortgage, which wasn't available online through the usual vendors. He dealt with all the administration and financial vetting, proof of ID, etc. Overall we were very pleased.
