We have now used Three Rivers for more than ten years, across BTL, remortgages and moving home. We would not use anyone else, the team are friendly, knowledgable and have always found us by far the best deal for our circumstances. Could not recommend more highly. We have also recommended Three Rivers to several friends, family and collagues who have all had the same experience.

Brian was my advisor, he was absolutely brilliant! He always kept me in the loop with all the steps and made re mortgaging not feel as hard. Couldn’t recommend him more.

Would 100 % recommend using these guys. I was sceptical being referred from estate agent but Mark simplified the process so much for us. I did a quick check on comparison site and it was clear Mark was getting the best deal for us. As majority of fees come through the bank to the brokerage very affordable at just £300. Mark really supported us through process and made it as simple as possible. Our mortgage offer came through in a matter of days!

Brian stepped in after being let down by another company . Excellent service and will not use anybody else in the future .

Having used Three Rivers Financial and in particular Brian Hindson to secure a mortgage for my first property, I cannot recommend them highly enough. In the space of 3 weeks I went from not knowing where to start in terms of buying a property to having an agreement principle and ready to put an offer in on a property. I have now had an offer accepted on a property and still Brian is supporting me through the mortgage application process. I really doubt I’d be this far through the process and confident in my purchase without his advice and support.

Massive thank you to Mark from Three Rivers Financial who sorted out our Mortgage! We had had issues and been messed around by companies for 2 months previous to contacting Mark, we ready to give up. We spoke to Mark, he came out to our house to explain everything, found us an amazing deal, and managed to secure our mortgage– all within 7 days! He also sorted us out with necessary insurance which is required.
He totally put our minds at ease right from the first phone call. He has been amazing from Start to Finish and I cant thank him enough! Would 100% recommend.
