I booked intensive driving course and recieved almost instant contact about it and i was assigned an instructor. The process was very fast and they were very communicative about it all. i had Brady and he was an excellent and gave incredible lesson and supported me and helped me correct any mistakes i made. He was an incredible instructor which lead to me passing.

Good company was fast and helpful for me

Booked an intensive driving course and had Mohammad Mumtaz as my instructor. Sonea and Natalie were helpful with any questions I had, and Mohammed was a great instructor. Very professional and the driving test felt just like his lessons. Would definitely recommend.

I was a very nervous driver - having had lessons years ago and nothing since. Aliya helped me massively to overcome my nerves and gain confidence with driving. She was the best instructor I’ve ever had. Aliya told me I would pass and believed in me. Aliya is calm, funny and makes driving fun. I passed first time and never believed I would do this before I met Aliya! Thank you to the Pass Faster team but especially Aliya for helping me and changing my life!!

If no stars were an option I’d of picked that!
This company is a complete scamming outfit. Paid £1400 in total £500 to Sonia and Natalie (so called Managers) to book a test date and find an instructor with an automatic vehicle in our area.
No assessment made of my daughters driving before the lessons (20 hours in total started).
So lessons commenced a week before the test date, little do we know or were warned that if the Instructor didn’t think she was up to take the test 10 days was required to cancel or re-book. So the worse case scenario happened and day 2 of lessons the Instructor said she wasn’t up to take the test, after a lot of talking to the Instructor lessons continued in the hope that the test would happen as he said she might just get through it. The last lesson Saturday morning 2 days before the test the lesson was cut short and came in crying and told my daughter he wouldn’t put her through the test as he his reputation was at stake and he wasn’t allowed any fails or he would be re-tested.
Pass Faster Mangers Sonia & Natalie have failed to try and resolve any of the issues and my daughter is now out of pocket, this has been a breach of contract that I will be perusing in full until she has been compensated for any money paid to this company.
We contacted Pass Faster on Saturday and they didn’t call back as promised and today the Manager Natalie washed her hands of it. Not good enough.
Just for clarification Louisa was offered one date to have her driving assessed and couldn’t fulfill due to work commitments, not refused! Both the Instructor or Pass Faster seemed at all concerned that a driving assessment had been completed. Nor was it explained that 10 days is required to cancel or re-arrange a driving test, also nobody explained that is always better to complete your lessons in good time before your test date.
Nothing mentioned in the terms and conditions of the website which looks like it was written by a toddler!

Natalie & Sonia made the whole experience of booking a driving test a breeze! After failing the first time in September over a silly mistake I didn’t want to wait 6 months to re-sit! within 2 weeks I had my test booked. They re-assured me every time, and made me feel at ease, kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. My instructor Gurdip was amazing, really down to earth and made me feel so comfortable. I’m happy to say, today (11/10/25) I finally passed, with only 4 minors.

I can’t thank the team at Pass Faster enough for the help with me getting my driving license faster. And Gurdip for listening to me rant & having a laugh with me on every lesson.

Genuine people helped alot made sure in the time i had i had everything i need to know and felt relaxed about 10/10

⚠️ Avoid this driving school at all costs
My boyfriend paid a £450 deposit over a month ago, and despite their promises of quick and easy lesson booking, nothing was arranged for weeks. After three weeks of waiting and chasing, still no lessons had been set up. Most of his calls and messages were completely ignored, yet the moment he asked about a refund they managed to reply within 10 minutes – every time.
What they fail to make clear from the start is that the £450 deposit does not cover any lessons at all. Once they’ve taken the money, they then expect you to pay the driving instructor directly into their personal account. So essentially you are paying £450 for them to put you in touch with an instructor, which feels dishonest and misleading.
After a full month, they finally came back with an instructor, but it feels incredibly unprofessional to be asked for more money straight away without even having had a trial lesson to see whether the instructor is suitable. When he requested a refund, their response was rude and dismissive, even bordering on hostile, making him feel belittled and pressured rather than helped. Their customer service overall has been consistently poor and unhelpful.
The whole experience has been deeply disappointing and feels like a scam. He signed up in good faith, hoping to get lessons started quickly as advertised, but instead has been left out of pocket, waiting around, and completely let down.
🚫 Would not recommend under any circumstances.

When booking with Sonia and Natalie a test was booked within a few days with the test in 4 weeks. When taking my lessons Aamir made me feel comfortable. In any given situation I found myself in, Aamir would reassure me and fully explain anything I wasn't sure about. I felt really comfortable driving with Aamir and would highly recommend.

Sonia and Natalie were very helpful an were able to find me a test within a couple months. My driving instructor Aamir was very helpful. He explained everything to me logically and always remained calm. He was the best instructor in could have asked for. I passed first time within only 30hrs of driving experience

Nice and great

We paid £150 for this company to book a driving test for us in June. It is now end of September and we have heard nothing from them since June. I have tried to chat to them via their online chat as I work full time, and even though it says 'answers immediately' they've never answered me. Ever. I have called them and they answered but they just said we are trying, it's very busy. I know people that are getting tests and I know it's not til next year now, but I feel this company are not doing anything for their money. Customer service is rubbish. It would be nice to get a weekly update, even if it is just to say, not able to book a test. Looking to get a full refund.

I wanted to come on and give my instructor Nasiim Abdalla a review as I believe he deserves one. Nasiim is a fantastic instructor, very patient, very knowledgeable and most of all easy to get along with and take his role very seriously. Getting into driving can always be daunting for some people and stressful but Nasiim helped a lot with my hours and brought me up to a place where I feel more confident on the road than I ever did before, can’t fault him at all.
