Chris was fantastic, very easy to contact, easy to contact and very professional.

dennis(driving instructor) i couldn’t fault, done a 15 hour fast pass course and passed first time.. he was fantastic, so calming easy to get on with i would highly recommend.

I just want to say a huge thank you to my instructor Chris Brown. I passed my test today and I wouldn't have been able to do it without him. He was an amazing instructor. Enjoy your Jamiesons!

Jaimie prepared me for my test straight away from lesson 1 and I can honestly say she’s absolutely incredible and I definitely could not have done it without her !!

I passed my test at Norris Green with Vinnie!

He is incredible and prepared me for my driving test in the best way possible. After years of previous instructors and tests, I only learned to drive after starting to work with him! I just wish I had learned to drive with Vinnie from Day 1!

Took a 20 hour block course with Jamie from pass faster, had these hours over 5 days, she certainly brought me up to speed with my driving and awareness, Jamie is such a good instructor and comes across professional but very understanding and approachable and put me at ease. I went on to pass my test first time, could reccomend enough!!

Just past this morning with vinny. Honestly couldn't of asked for a better instructor. Thankyou for everythin vinny being patient, calm and just making me feel at ease.

Just passed my test with instructor John Wrigley. Was a real good instructor who was very detailed in his teaching methods and very calming. Would highly recommend quality instructor

I just passed my driving test today with Jaimie Maloney being my instructor, she made myself a safer and confident driver in such a short time ,after failing my test for 4 times.. she just got my confidence back. I can't thank her enough for her patience and for believing in me! I highly recommend her for everyone! She's amazing!

I've had such a bad experience of Passfaster that I've now changed instructor. My instructor was condescending, impatient and constantly put me down, making sarcastic remarks when I made a mistake. He couldn't for the life of him remember when my test was meaning each week he'd ask me what we did the week before. I didn't progress in the lessons at all and in fact, now feel really anxious when I'm behind the wheel. His courtesy car wasn't fit to drive but he refused to have it looked at - which made me even more on edge when driving. My instructor was always late for lessons without any notice and would sometimes just end the lesson early even though I'd paid for an hour. Such a waste of money.

She has been the most incredibly patient, calm and accurate instructor helping me pass my test first time, this morning!
It was a pleasure to be taught by her, and I recommend her to everybody wishing to pass first time in Liverpool.

Absolutely awful service had a test and 5hours worth of lessons booked with this company for over 8 months, 8days before my test I still did not have an instructor with the company trying to claim miscommunication I asked for reimbursement of my lessons in writing not my test, so they decided to cancel my test causing me too loose my employment as this was due to my job role and my company have extended contract for 6 months awaiting this I can now not get a test until next year and have no job to pay bills all due to a woman named Mel whom can NOT read or communicate clearly. This has impacted on someone with severe mental health issues and has caused a lot of upset, panic and suicidal thoughts!!! Well done PASS FASTER 👍🏼

I had a bad experience with my original instructor but I got a new instructor Dennis and he was great! Always reliable and really helped me to improve and pass my test!

My driving instructor was Mal and I cannot thank him enough for getting me ready for my driving test which I passed yesterday. Mal was brilliant from start to finish any mistakes I made he would go back over them with me straight away till I knew where I was going wrong. I couldn’t of asked for a better instructor to help me get to the end. Mal thanks for all your help. Collette Ashcroft.

Over the course of about 10 days (15hrs), Peter Anderson had me passing my manual test on my first try, and better than that, I feel safe on the road.
He made me feel confident to ask questions and discuss things with him. He also seemed to read my mind at some points as I was about to go wrong and guided me to avoid it. I'll be recommending him to friends and will likely be following up with him for Pass Plus/Advanced driving.
Honestly couldn't be more grateful as I was quite nervous beforehand.

Jaimie is amazing!! she is a hidden gem. I’ve had the best driving experience with her. She’s got me passed first time in just 3 months. She hasn’t got a big ego like some instructors and makes you feel calm and relax, you will have some good conversations with her 😂

Couldn’t recommend Pass Faster enough! My instructor was Peter Anderson and without him I wouldn’t of been able to achieve what I did in such a small space of time. A first time pass (with no faults may I add). From the very first time I sat in the car with Peter to the last, I felt at ease and without any pressure due to his hilarious humour, kind nature and his gentle correcting. Thank you Peter and Chris, I am forever grateful!

Highly recommended instructor!

I have been a driver in the US for 11 years but needed to learn here in the UK. Vinnie Crewe was amazing at helping me break my bad habits and learn how to navigate the UK roads. I had lessons during lockdown and my test was cancelled several times but Vinnie was very patient and supportive the whole way through. Can't thank him enough!

Had 25 hours with Vinnie. He is very patient and helpful. Passed my test first time thanks to him. He believed in me more than I believed in myself. Every lesson was great. I can only recommend him I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you so much again mate. 😁
