Half my products were already spoiled, they did not arrive chilled or even cool for that matter. A disappointment for sure. The mozzarella was excellent however.

Der mir gelieferte Schinken besteht aus 2/3 Speck und nur zu einem Drittel aus Schinken. Auf dem Produktfoto ist das Verhältnis genau umgekehrt. Sehr enttäuschend bei einem Kilopreis von 159 Euro. Sorry, so kann man sich seine Kunden sehr enttäuschen…..

Company sent the Pecorino cheese to a wrong address. They were told to refund the item and shipping charges. They have ignored my valid complains. Now I see they want people to invest in their Company. Do not get involved with these people

Regarding your review, you emailed us on a friday afternoon about this issue and monday morning first thing we changed the address and the product was delivered to you within hours... we did not ignore any emails, we only did not have any client support staff working on weekends.

Die Bestellung besagte für der ersten Bestellung 10% Rabat ,manbekommt einen Cod geschickt ,leider kam der aber nie an nach6Versuchen aufgegeben und ohne den Rabatt gekauft .Die Ware war super verpackt und auch sehr schnell geliefert 5Lieter Oliven Öl bin Gespann bei der nächsten Bestellung 😳🤔

Hinhaltetaktik mit schlechtem Ende
Nach Reklamation bei Paypal und einigem hin und her hat Passione Tosc. das am 8.06 bestellte Paket am 17.06 abgesandt. Heute am 23.06 angekommen. Nach öffnen kommt schon ein Gestank aus dem Karton. Die 4 kleinen Kühlpads sind alle 27 Grad warm wie auch der Büffel Frischkäse, die Mortadella, Salami und ein Schinken. 7 Tage bei 30° unterwegs. Jetzt muss ich mich auch noch wegen der Rückerstattung mit PayPal herumärgern.

Second order and still same issue…
Second order and still same issue regarding late delivery (more than one month) due to product out of stock without any warning during the order. Communication very weak with the customer, it’s a pity because the products are good !
