I never received my digital order or confirmation email but my credit card was charged. I have been emailing their support people all day without any resolution. There is no phone number to call and I keep getting emails requesting the same information over and over telling me they are unable to locate my order. I will never be using this service again

We have investigated this and can see that you had issues receiving your digital passport photo.
This issue is due to you inputting your email address incorrectly.
A member of our team spoke to you regarding this and had it amended to the correct email address.
They then sent the confirmation email to yourself and sent an extra email with all 3 pictures on to make sure you definitely received this.

Dont touch this company
Dont touch this company. They are a con. Photo was not good enough quality for the passport office and took nearly a month to get a code. And just in case (like they said below) I don't have an order with them, I have the number if you need to check and records of 5 emails as there is no phone number. Just avoid these conmen.

I might give this service five stars…
I might give this service five stars after I try printing the photos. Taking the photo and having it verified was very easy, and the instructions provided with the photo were easy to follow. This is a great service since so many CVS stores in NYC no longer take passport photos.

The pricing is not clearly stated. Initial pricing indicates $16.95 and free shipping and then on my payment statement I see they charged an additional "Print and Ship" service charge for $14.96. Not legit.

Paid for Passport Photos thinking this was a legit company that had correct directions on how to have someone take your photo using the systems website biometrics.
Wrong! Went to Walgreens to print per the instructions you provided, photo came out too large and didn't meet the photo size 2 x 2 requirements.
Ended up having to go to a different company who took legit passport photos and printed the correct size.
Wish I could get my money back from you guys...since your services literally didn't do as advertised or promised.

All our US photo sixes are 2x2, when printing at home or Walgreens you must make sure to choose the 4”X6” glossy photo paper size.

Simple and very convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed not having to go out and find a location to update my passport picture. I was able to do it right at home.

If I could give less than one star
If I could give less than one star I would. The photo that “supposedly” passed all the passport requirements was given a “poor” quality when I uploaded my photo. That was a complete waste of 18.95. I now need to find somewhere else to get my photo taken.

I am sorry to hear your initial image was not accepted, our team will help support you through this.
If your initial photo online was brighter on your screen and also passed our quality control team, and then, came out darker in print in Walgreens - the issue can be with Walgreens brightness settings in their printer at that specific location - which is something we can not control unfortunately.
We have a very clear policy which is if a photo did not pass the passport agency review (which is very rare) we are happy to either issue a full refund or issue another photo for no extra charge.
If you please email our support today (support@passportphotos.com) specify your order number and request and we will be more than happy to review the photo again and print and ship them to you, or have you take another photo for no charge and then ship you the new photo.
