Picture got rejected

the photos arrives in a speedy manner, but are totally unusable , since they are so very dark I cannot even recognize the faces, therefore I waisted almost $50.oo on nothing.
Maybe you can look at the files and reprint them and make sure they are acceptable to the passport office.
The process of it all seemed so very good and I'm really disappointed.

Horrible- please use another service. This one is awful. They never sent me my passport photos and you cannot call them ( no customer service number) and when you email you get an automated response and the never return your email or look into your issue. I had to pay to get my photos done by a more reputable company:(

I had received a message that my photo originally submitted was not accepted and needed a new photo to submit. Experience was quick and easy to follow. Just waiting on pics to be received.

It was my first time using PassportPhotos.com. I admittedly made a mistake in accidentally purchasing the physical photos to be shipped to me when all I needed was the digital copy, but it was not clear to me whether the digital copy was provided with every purchase or whether you had to specifically choose it. I followed up immediately when I didn't receive the email with the digital photo and by the time they responded they said it was too late and the order had been dispatched and there is nothing they can do. Unfortunately I did not get any of what I needed from this purchase.

My experience thus far has been quick and easy! The real test will be, however, the speed with which the photos are mailed and delivered!

This service is perfect for the busy individual. I didn't have to leave my house to get my passport photos, and I got them in a few hours. It's convenient and affordable.

It turned out it was unusable because I couldn’t get the proper size right to upload

It was a true pleasure and a delight to use this service. It saved a huge nightmare from happening and let me get a passport in time for my special trip.

I like the fact that I took my own shot over and over until I got what I liked. Their print and ship service was definitely a plus. Didn't have to leave my house and got them in 3 days. I'll use them again, in 10 years. :)

Paid $16.95 for a photo in September 2022. Photo was refused by the National Passport Office because "image was not clear." Requested a refund through the passportphotos.com website, with no response. Then I re-emailed them from my personal email and was refunded the full amount the same day. So... not sure that I would bother using the service again since they don't seem to be able to verify that the image they send to you is actually suitable. I am happy that I was finally refunded my money.

The service was very quick but when I submitted the photos the UK Passport Office (PO) rejected them due to shading on one side of my face. I then discovered that I could take a 'selfie' myself and submit it directly to the PO and they would check it - did so and it was accepted first time round. I complained to Passportphotos.com about the photo they said was OK not being accepted by the PO and they refunded my money very promptly.

Can't believe how easy and fast this was. Used it for my 1 year old. My wife was nervous it would not come in time for our vacation. Form came filled out, photos worked, passport received. Super easy, fast, never going to the store fir this again.

Their phone no. Also does not exists.
Very disappointing experience.
So don't go for passport photos here
