Great job Anima 10/10 👍

After completing the questions about my health issues, I had a call back from the surgery within 10 minutes. The doctor had reviewed my answers and requested that I came to the surgery for a face to face appointment. An hour later I was on my way !
The response time was much quicker than I thought it would be and the staff / customer service was excellent. The app seems to be a fantastic alternative to the non stop calls to the surgery at 8am day after day, being on hold for 30 / 40 minutes or more, to be told that all of the appointments had gone !!
Great job Anima 10/10 👍

The anima system is fabulous if you are


The anima system is fabulous if you are able to get a slot. Triaged by a GP seems to action things a lot more efficiently, and without the need to take an appointment with a practitioner. Once all systems are linked and working this is the way forward.
Once made aware of issues/ requests this GP practice is just fabulous.
