I have had the pleasure of using both Amy Thomas and Caroline Cole for various things over the past year, and they have been absolutely fantastic. They have kept me updated every step of the way, explained things in a way that’s easy to understand and nothing is ever too much for them! Would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future if required.

We had a great experience working with Debbie Valentine-Knight on our first house purchase. Debbie was clear and helpful, incredibly quick to respond and proactive in getting answers from the sellers. Debbie made the process of buying a house so much easier and stress free – especially considering the horror stories that we’ve heard from friends with their solicitors.

There were no surprises in the pricing. The quote wasn’t the cheapest we’d received but it wasn’t the most expensive either. Given the quality of support we had from Debbie, I would say it was very good value.
